本地市场效应下中国产业结构升级研究

【摘要】:二十世纪八九十年代以来,我国经济一直保持高速增长,但是经济增长的路径采取的是粗放式模式,主要依靠成本较低的劳动力和廉价的土地资源等进行拓展,而不是依靠产业价值链和产业升级的全要素生产率提升。因此,优化产业结构,转变经济发展方式,提高经济增长的质量是摆在我国政府面前的一个核心议题。而产业结构升级是形成合理的产业分工体系以及优化生产力空间布局的一个有效途径,贸易成本和规模报酬递增会使较大规模的市场获取出口和生产的优势,形成较强的本地市场效应,我国经济的高速增长和人口的较大规模进一步加强了本地市场规模,成为除劳动力和资本之外的重要比较优势,这将对我国产业的发展提供有利契机,也对我国的产业升级开拓了一条全新的路径。论文在新经济地理学的框架下,采取理论分析和实证研究相结合的方式,通过深入分析新经济地理学、产业经济学等理论,以此为指导挖掘我国产业结构升级中存在的问题,并在此基础上,梳理出了本地市场效应促进产业结构升级的机理,通过该机理地运用,对本地市场效应的存在性进行了实证检验,并从空间基尼系数和区位熵两个角度探讨了我国制造业的集聚水平,利用空间计量方法对本地市场规模促进产业结构升级进行了实证分析,在以上分析的基础上,提出了本地市场效应下产业结构升级的策略,包括主导产业的选择、产业攀升的路径以及促进产业结构升级的对策措施等,最后根据我国目前产业发展的现状与趋势,给出论文的结论和政策建议。第一章导论,主要是对论文作总体上的概括,内容包括论文的研究背景、研究的理论意义与现实意义、研究的主要内容和框架、研究采用的方法以及论文创新点和研究的不足。第二章为理论基础与文献综述,主要介绍论文研究的基础理论和有关学者对本地市场效应研究的现状。本部分主要从两个方面进行阐述。第一个方面是论文研究的基础理论,首先从新经济地理学的本地市场效应进行分析,从新经济地理学可知本地市场效应对产业扩散和产业空间集聚有很大的影响。其次分析了产业结构升级的相关理论,从产业结构升级的实证研究、产业结构升级的基准、产业结构升级的指标体系和产业结构升级的评价四个方面分析产业结构升级理论。第二个方面是从本地市场效应、产业结构升级和本地市场效应下产业结构升级三个部分介绍相关学者的研究。第三章是基于本地市场效应下我国产业结构升级的现状及演变影响,主要介绍了我国产业结构的现状、产业结构升级方面存在的问题以及产业结构升级的策略。第一个方面是我国产业结构的现状,从产业结构的总体概况和各产业结构内部演进的现状进行深入地分析。第二个方面是我国产业结构升级中目前存在的问题,包括服务业发展滞后、自主创新能力不足、外向型经济处于价值链低端等。第三个方面对我国产业结构演变的影响因素进行分析,探讨了本地市场效应对我国产业结构变动的影响及对产业结构升级的作用。第四章是本地市场效应与产业结构升级的机制。主要介绍本地市场效应对产业集聚的影响机制,产业集聚促进产业结构升级的机制和本地市场效应对产业结构升级的启示。第一个方面是本地市场效应对产业集聚的机理,本地市场效应以产业集聚的形式优化区域间的资源配置,这种集聚程度也是区域竞争力的一个重要体现。第二个方面是产业集聚促进产业结构升级,产业集聚通过重新组合资源和要素,在空间上促进产业结构升级和产业结构调整,,实现区域上的产业结构优化,提高全要素生产率,进而提高经济增长的质量,实现经济的持续快速健康增长。第三个方面是本地市场效应对产业结构升级的启示,对需求发现、产业升级的运营支持和产业升级的"参与式"合作进行了分析。第五章是本地市场效应与产业结构升级的实证检验。主要介绍本地市场效应存在性的实证检验,我国制造业分行业集聚水平的测算和本地市场规模促进产业结构升级的实证检验。第一个方面是本地市场效应存在性的实证检验,对全国省级层面面板数据我们采用多种方法对本地市场效应的存在性开展研究,在全国省级层面并未发现存在本地市场效应。从对各个省市的面板数据分析来看,发现细分到省市的面板数据检验的结果与全国省级层面的检验结果有着很大的区别,发现部分省份存在着本地市场效应,主要集中在交通比较便利和货物容易集散的地区。第二个方面是制造业分行业集聚水平的测算,通过对各个省市的空间基尼系数和区位熵进行计算,不同的制造业部门在各个省份的集聚程度出现明显的不同。第三个方面是本地市场规模促进产业结构升级的实证检验,本地市场规模能够促进产业集聚,而产业集聚对于产业升级具有明显的推动作用,在本地市场效应对产业升级发挥作用的同时,贸易因素也是影响产业集聚的一个重要因素。第六章是基于本地市场效应下产业结构升级的选择。主要介绍主导产业的选择,产业攀升的路径和促进产业结构升级的政策措施。第一个方面是主导产业的选择,结合实证结果主要讨论了现代制造业、智能机器人、信息以及新一代信息技术以及核电产业。第二个方面是产业攀升的路径,包括路径类型和选择的具体路径。第三个方面是促进产业结构升级的政策措施,包括加强区域合作,统筹规划,合理布局;立足优势,产业互动;大力发展主导产业,进一步发挥本地市场效应;增强自主创新融入全球价值链。第七章是对全文的总结和相关政策建议。根据上述研究结果,提出本文的研究结论和政策建议,包括全国省级层面不存在本地市场效应,分省级层面存在区域本地市场效应,基尼系数和区位熵各省分布不均匀和本地市场规模对于产业升级具有明显的推动作用。从以上研究结果来看,利用我国庞大的市场空间和需求,加大创新等科技投入不断增强本地市场效应,从而促进产业加快升级,为我国经济持续快速增长提供空间。
[Abstract]:Since 80s and 90s twentieth Century, China's economy has been growing at a high speed, but the path of economic growth is based on extensive mode, mainly relying on low cost labor and cheap land resources, instead of relying on industrial value chain and upgrading the total factor productivity. The transformation of economic development mode and the improvement of the quality of economic growth is a core issue facing our government. The upgrading of industrial structure is an effective way to form a reasonable industrial division system and optimize the spatial distribution of productive forces. The increase of trade costs and returns of scale will make the larger market access to export and production. The advantages and strong local market effect, the rapid growth of China's economy and the large scale of the population further strengthen the scale of the local market, and become an important comparative advantage except labor and capital. This will provide a favorable opportunity for the development of our industry, and also open up a new path to the industrial upgrading of our country. Under the framework of new economic geography, this paper combines theoretical analysis and empirical research, through the in-depth analysis of new economic geography, industrial economics and other theories, in order to guide the existing problems in the upgrading of China's industrial structure, and on this basis, to comb out the mechanism of the local market effect to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure. Through the application of this mechanism, the existence of local market effect is tested empirically, and the concentration level of China's manufacturing industry is discussed from two angles of space Gini coefficient and location entropy, and the spatial measurement method is used to analyze the upgrading of the industrial structure by the local market scale. On the basis of the above analysis, this paper puts forward the present analysis. The strategy of upgrading the industrial structure under the ground market effect, including the choice of the leading industry, the path of the industry rising and the countermeasures to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure. Finally, the conclusion and the policy suggestions are given according to the current situation and trend of the industrial development in China. Chapter 1 is the introduction, which is mainly a summary of the paper. It includes the research background of the thesis, the theoretical significance and practical significance of the research, the main content and framework of the research, the methods used in the research, the innovation points and the insufficiency of the research. The second chapter is the theoretical basis and literature review, which mainly introduces the basic theory of the research and the present situation of the research on local market effect by the relevant scholars. The first is two aspects. The first is the basic theory of the research, first of all, from the local market effect of the new economic geography, from the new economic geography, we know that the local market effect has a great influence on the industrial diffusion and industrial space agglomeration. Secondly, it analyzes the related theories of industrial structure upgrading, from the industry. The empirical research on the upgrading of the structure, the benchmark of industrial structure upgrading, the index system of industrial structure upgrading and the evaluation of industrial structure upgrading are four aspects of the theory of industrial structure upgrading. The second aspects are the related scholars' research from the local market effect, the upgrading of the industrial structure and the upgrading of the industrial structure under the effect of the local market effect. The third chapter is based on the status and influence of the upgrading of China's industrial structure based on the local market effect. It mainly introduces the current situation of China's industrial structure, the existing problems in the upgrading of industrial structure and the strategy of upgrading the industrial structure. The "Participatory" cooperation with industrial upgrading is analyzed. The fifth chapter is an empirical test of the local market effect and the upgrading of the industrial structure. It mainly introduces the empirical test of the existence of the local market effect, the measurement of the level of the agglomeration of China's manufacturing industry and the empirical test of the upgrading of the industrial structure by the local market scale. The empirical test of the existence of local market effect, we use a variety of methods to study the existence of the local market effect on the national level panel data. The local market effect is not found at the provincial level. There is a great difference between the results of the test and the results of the national provincial level. It is found that some provinces have local market effects, mainly concentrated in the areas with convenient transportation and easy distribution of goods. The second aspects are the calculation of the level of the agglomeration in the manufacturing industry, and the calculation of the spatial Gini coefficient and the location entropy of the provinces and cities is not calculated. The degree of agglomeration of the same manufacturing sector in various provinces is obviously different. The third aspects are the empirical test of the local market scale promoting industrial structure upgrading, the scale of the local market can promote the industrial agglomeration, and the industrial agglomeration has the obvious push action for the industrial upgrading, and the local market effect plays an important role in the industrial upgrading. At the same time, the trade factor is also an important factor affecting industrial agglomeration. The sixth chapter is the choice of industrial structure upgrading based on the local market effect. It mainly introduces the choice of leading industry, the path of industry climbing and the policy measures to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure. The first aspect is the choice of the leading industry, combining with the empirical results. We should discuss the modern manufacturing industry, intelligent robot, information and new generation of information technology and nuclear power industry. The second aspects are the path of industrial climbing, including the path type and the specific path of selection. The third aspects are the policies and measures to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure, including the strengthening of regional cooperation, overall planning and rational layout; The seventh chapter is the summary of the full text and the relevant policy recommendations. According to the results of the above research, we put forward the conclusions and policy recommendations of this paper, including no local market effect at the provincial level and the provincial level. On the level of regional local market effect, the inhomogeneous distribution of Gini coefficient and location entropy and the scale of local market have obvious promotion effect on industrial upgrading. From the above research results, the use of China's huge market space and demand, increasing innovation and other scientific and technological input constantly enhance the local market effect, thus promoting the industry to add. The rapid upgrading will provide space for China's sustained and rapid economic growth.
