我国经济结构失衡的突出矛盾与治理对策

【摘要】：在当前经济结构转型的关键期,我国经济结构性失衡突出表现为需求结构失衡、供给结构失衡、要素投入结构失衡、空间结构失衡和分配结构失衡。而国内外发展环境的新变化,要求我们必须加快推动经济结构转型,从需求管理和供给管理两方面入手,从内需驱动、创新驱动、均衡驱动三方面发力,明确主攻方向和政策举措。要坚持扩大内需战略,以不断释放内需潜力支撑经济长期可持续增长;实施创新驱动发展战略,以要素结构改善支撑产业结构转型升级;坚持协调发展,以缩小城乡、区域两大差距拓展经济持续增长空间。
[Abstract]:In the critical period of economic structural transformation, the structural imbalance of economy in China is characterized by the imbalance of demand structure, supply structure, input structure, spatial structure and distribution structure. However, the new changes in the development environment at home and abroad require us to speed up the transformation of the economic structure. We must start with demand management and supply management, and make efforts in three aspects: domestic demand driven, innovation driven, and balanced drive. Clear direction of attack and policy initiatives. We should adhere to the strategy of expanding domestic demand, support long-term sustainable economic growth by unceasing releasing the potential of domestic demand, implement the strategy of innovation-driven development, improve and support the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure through structural improvement of elements, and persist in coordinated development in order to reduce the size of urban and rural areas. The two major regional disparities expand the space for sustained economic growth.
