企业家精神对内蒙古经济增长影响的研究

【摘要】：当今世界各国越来越重视企业家精神对经济增长的促进作用。本文首先通过梳理国内外企业家精神理论的相关文献对“企业家”的概念、“企业家精神”的内涵进行了界定,其次在理论上阐述了企业家精神如何通过创业、创新活动、产业结构调整和产业集聚对经济增长产生影响。然后,本文借鉴了国内外企业家精神的度量方法,基于内蒙古经济发展的特征和现状选取了度量内蒙古企业家精神的指标。最后,借鉴前人的研究方法,引入柯布——道格拉斯生产函数,通过使用内蒙古12个盟市从2000年到2012年的面板数据,实证分析了企业家精神对内蒙古经济增长的影响。本文的实证结论如下：(1)企业家创业精神对内蒙古经济增长的促进作用显著；(2)企业家的创新精神对内蒙古经济增长的促进作用不显著；(3)内蒙古各盟市的企业家创新精神对经济增长的影响具有明显的差异,其中呼包鄂经济圈和赤峰市对内蒙古经济增长的促进作用显著,而其他8个盟市的企业家精神的促进作用不显著。基于以上研究结论,提出培育和发扬企业家精神以进一步推动内蒙古经济增长的对策建议：即企业要通过不断学习以提高企业自主创新能力；政府要创造适宜企业家精神培育与发扬的制度环境；公众要提高对创业的参与度和热情,给予企业家更多的尊重和认可；社会要营造出培育和发扬企业家精神的文化氛围。
[Abstract]:All the countries of the world pay more and more attention to the promoting effect of entrepreneurial spirit on economic growth. This paper first defines the concept of "entrepreneur" and the connotation of "entrepreneurial spirit" by combing the relevant literature of the entrepreneurial spirit theory at home and abroad. Secondly, it expounds how entrepreneurship is through entrepreneurship, innovation activities and production in theory. The adjustment of industry structure and industrial agglomeration have an impact on economic growth. Then, this paper draws on the measurement methods of entrepreneur spirit at home and abroad, and selects the index of measuring the entrepreneurial spirit of Inner Mongolia based on the characteristics and current situation of Inner Mongolia's economic development. Using the panel data from 12 Inner Mongolia cities from 2000 to 2012, this paper empirically analyses the influence of entrepreneurial spirit on the economic growth of Inner Mongolia. The empirical conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) the entrepreneurial spirit has a significant effect on the economic growth of Inner Mongolia; (2) the innovation spirit of entrepreneurs does not promote the economic growth of Inner Mongolia. (3) there are obvious differences in the influence of enterprisers' innovation spirit on the economic growth of Inner Mongolia League cities, of which the Hubei economic circle and Chifeng have a significant role in promoting the economic growth of Inner Mongolia, while the promotion of the entrepreneurial spirit of the other 8 alliances is not significant. The spirit is to further promote the economic growth of Inner Mongolia. That is, enterprises should improve their independent innovation ability through continuous learning; the government should create the institutional environment for the cultivation and development of the entrepreneurial spirit; the public should improve the participation and enthusiasm of the enterprise, give the enterprises more respect and recognition; the social need to camp. Create a cultural atmosphere for nurturing and developing entrepreneurship.
