外商直接投资与民族地区经济增长的实证研究——以贵州省为例

【摘要】：改革开放30年来,中国各省区都大力吸引外商直接投资,其不仅能通过增加实物资本,而且还能通过技术溢出效应来促进当地经济的增长。本文利用1985-2012年贵州的时间序列数据,实证考察了FDI对贵州省经济增长的影响。实证结果表明,贵州省吸引的FDI每增加1%,贵州省的总产出会增长0.494%;贵州省吸引的FDI与全社会固定资产投资额的比重每提高1个百分点,则贵州省的总产出会提高4.13%,这种溢出效应是通过技术溢出、前后向关联、人员流动等途径来实现的。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up 30 years ago, all provinces and regions in China have made great efforts to attract foreign direct investment, which can not only increase physical capital, but also promote the growth of local economy through technology spillover effect. Based on the time series data of Guizhou from 1985 to 2012, this paper empirically investigates the influence of FDI on the economic growth of Guizhou province. The empirical results show that the total output of Guizhou Province will increase by 0.494 for each increase of FDI attracted by Guizhou Province, and the proportion of FDI attracted by Guizhou Province and the investment in fixed assets of the whole society will increase by 1 percentage point. The total output of Guizhou Province will be increased by 4.13%, and the spillover effect is realized through technology spillover, backward correlation, personnel flow and so on.
