可持续的创新商业发展战略：产品服务系统的研究与应用

【摘要】：产品服务系统(PSS)是一种基于传递功能和价值的思维模式和设计理念,也是一种很有希望改变现有依靠大量资源消耗促进经济发展的、符合可持续发展思路的新型商业模式。本文收集并整理在国内外关于功能化思想和产品服务系统的概念和研究成果,对其理论基础和发展作了深入研究对比和归纳,然后通过对不同背景下的产品服务系统应用案例进行了社会、经济和环境方面的分析和评价。并在一个笔者亲自参与并正在进行中的PSS应用项目中,对产品服务系统的前期理论分析、设计和构建规划方面做了详细介绍,希望能指导项目的后续发展和实施。最后从实例研究和理论研究两个角度,对PSS研究的现状和特点进行了归纳和罗列,并指出了其未来发展的趋势。
[Abstract]:Product service system (PSS) is a kind of thinking mode and design idea based on transferring function and value, and it is also a new business model which is hopeful to change the existing economic development which depends on a large amount of resources consumption and accords with the idea of sustainable development. This paper collects and collates the concepts and research results of functionalization thought and product service system at home and abroad, and makes a deep research and comparison on its theoretical basis and development. Then, the social, economic and environmental aspects of the application cases of product service system in different backgrounds are analyzed and evaluated. In a PSS application project in which the author personally participates and is in progress, this paper gives a detailed introduction to the early theoretical analysis, design and construction planning of the product service system, hoping to guide the subsequent development and implementation of the project. In the end, the present situation and characteristics of PSS research are summarized and listed from two angles of case study and theoretical study, and the future development trend is pointed out.
