安徽省人力资本与其经济增长关系的实证研究
[Abstract]:Economic growth is a problem that all countries and regions attach great importance to, and the driving force of all kinds of growth factors to economic growth is concerned by academic circles. Human capital plays a key role in economic growth and has become a common understanding among scholars. Anhui Province is a large province with large population and abundant human resources. Since the reform and opening up, the economy of Anhui Province has been developing rapidly, and material capital plays an important role in the process of economic growth. However, there is no systematic research on the contribution of human capital to its economic growth. This paper hopes to objectively evaluate the role of human capital in the current economic development of Anhui Province through the study of the relationship between human capital and its economic growth in Anhui Province, and put forward relevant suggestions in order to promote the better economic development of Anhui Province. By combing the relevant theories of human capital and economic growth and combining the present situation of Anhui Province, this paper uses the externality model of human capital to measure the relationship between human capital and economic growth in Anhui Province, and the results show that, The economic growth of Anhui Province is mainly driven by material capital, and the contribution rate of human capital to economic growth is much smaller than that of material capital. Accordingly, it is proposed to increase educational investment, to continue to popularize basic education, and to develop higher education continuously. We should vigorously promote vocational education, readjust the industrial structure, enhance the ability of economic agglomeration, create a good environment for the introduction of talents, strengthen policy guidance and management, and establish a fair and just employment security system and social security system. In order to promote the investment of human capital in Anhui Province, optimize the structure of human capital and enhance the contribution rate of human capital to the economic growth of Anhui Province, we should construct a human capital environment of "training talents, retaining talents and attracting talents" in order to promote the investment of human capital in Anhui Province.
