基于人力资本配置效率提升的垄断行业合意收入研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国市场经济高速发展,各行业的实际收入水平均大幅提高,但横向来看,各个行业的收入增速却不相同。随着行业收入差距的不断拉大,收入这一人力资本配置的重要影响因素正越来越受到理论界的重视,其中垄断行业收入不合理的分配问题己成为理论界关注的一个热点。目前,我国行政垄断的存在使得垄断行业与非垄断行业的收入差距逐年加大,垄断行业往往利用其特殊市场地位和政策优势,设置壁垒,阻碍其他企业与其竞争,并通过不合理的定价策略获得超额利润,这严重破坏了公平竞争的市场秩序,使得行业收入差距问题日益严重,在此背景下出现了人力资本在垄断行业之中过度聚集的现象,导致了人力资本的行业间配置失衡。如何约束垄断行业的高收入,使其收入趋于合理化,从而提升人力资本的行业配置效率已成为一个函待解决的问题。 本文从提升行业间人力资本配置效率的角度出发来研究垄断行业的收入合理化分配问题。研究了人力资本配置与收入分配之间的作用机理,分析了不同行业垄断程度对收入分配产生的影响,量化了行业垄断程度与行业收入之间的关系,提出了形成垄断行业合意性收入的方法。本文分为导论和正文两部分内容:第一部分是导论,简要介绍了选题的目的及现实意义、本文的研究方法和创新之处;第二部分分为四章内容。第二章简述了垄断与收入分配的理论,分析了行业垄断对收入分配的影响,是全文的理论基础;第三章分析了行业收入差距的现状以及垄断行业高收入的形成原因;第四章在确定垄断程度的衡量标准基础上,研究了垄断程度与行业收入水平之间的相关性。并最终通过模型推算出各垄断行业的合意性收入;第五章,对如何调节垄断行业的不合理收入,克服垄断给人力资本配置带来的不良影响提出了对策建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the high-speed development of the market economy of our country, the real income level of each industry is greatly improved, but in the transverse direction, the income growth rate of each industry is not the same. With the widening of the income gap of the industry, the important influencing factors of the human capital allocation of the income are increasingly being paid attention to by the theory circle, in which the unreasonable distribution of the income of the monopoly industry has become a hot point in the field of theory. At present, the existence of the administrative monopoly of our country makes the income gap between the monopoly industry and the non-monopoly industry more and more year by year, the monopoly industry often uses its special market position and policy advantage, set up the barrier, hinders the other enterprises from competing with it, and obtains the super-profit by the unreasonable pricing strategy, This has seriously damaged the market order of fair competition, so that the problem of the industry's income gap is becoming more and more serious. In this context, the phenomenon of excessive accumulation of human capital in the monopoly industry has led to the imbalance of the inter-industry allocation of human capital. How to restrain the high-income of the monopoly industries and to rationalize the income of the monopoly industries has become a problem to be solved in order to improve the industry allocation efficiency of human capital. In this paper, from the point of view of improving the efficiency of human capital allocation among industries, the paper studies the rational distribution of the income of the monopoly industries. The paper studies the mechanism of the interaction between the human capital allocation and the income distribution, analyzes the influence of the monopoly degree of different industries on the income distribution, quantifies the relation between the industry monopoly degree and the industry income, and puts forward the party forming the preferential income of the monopoly industry. This paper is divided into the introduction and the two parts of the text: the first part is the introduction, the purpose and the practical significance of the topic selection are briefly introduced, the research method and the innovation are introduced in this paper, and the second part is divided into four chapters. The second chapter briefly describes the theory of monopoly and income distribution, analyzes the effect of the industry monopoly on the income distribution, and is the theoretical basis of the full text. The third chapter analyses the present situation of the income gap in the industry and the formation of the high-income of the monopoly industries. The fourth chapter, based on the measurement of the degree of monopoly, studies the correlation between the degree of monopoly and the income of the industry. Finally, the author puts forward some countermeasures for how to adjust the irrational income of the monopoly industry and overcome the negative influence of the monopoly to the human capital allocation.
