基于PROMETHEE Ⅱ模型的多属性群决策方法研究

【摘要】:多属性群决策是在考虑多个属性的前提下,由多个决策者对一组备选方案进行选优或排序的过程。当前多属性群决策主要关注在如何确切描述决策者的不确定思维及有效刻画复杂决策环境方面,其体现为选用多种形式的决策信息,选择合适的聚合算子,多属性决策模型的选用等。本文分别在决策信息为三角直觉模糊数和2-维区间中智语言数的背景下,以PROMETHEEⅡ方法和Choquet积分聚合算子来构建新的群决策模型。具体包含以下内容:首先,在三角直觉模糊数形式下,以Choquet积分聚合算子来反映属性间相互依赖的现象,并形成个体决策者的综合评价信息,进而应用PROMETHEE Ⅱ方法得到群体的综合评价信息及方案排序。此外,本文研究了基于三角直觉模糊数的Choquet积分聚合算子的相关性质。其次,为体现决策环境的复杂性和专家评价过程中的不确定和不一致性,本文结合区间中智数和2-维语言变量定义2-维区间中智语言数,即对于决策者给出的语言评价结果增加了可以表示其可靠性的主观评价维度,从而提高了对目标评价的准确性。此外,本文定义了 2-维区间中智语言数的运算法则和比较规则,在此基础上结合Choquet积分聚合算子和PROMETHEE Ⅱ构建了群决策模型,并将其应用于毕业论文评价的数值例子中。
