α-幂过程下可修系统的最优更换策略

【摘要】:对维修策略的研究是可靠性理论中的一个重要课题,在解决实际工程问题中应用广泛,并且对最优更换策略的研究也有重要的实际意义。在过去,都假设对可修系统的维修是"修复如新"的即完美维修,但事实上,系统失效后的维修却是"修复非新"的。本文基于现有的研究成果,对最优更换策略进行了更深入的探讨以及推广。引入α-幂过程来模拟部件的运作,利用更新过程,在更换策略N下,得出系统的目标函数,并通过分析与数值模拟,验证了最优更换策略的存在性及其唯一性。本文主要工作如下:(1)研究了泊松冲击下由单部件组成的可修系统。系统失效后的修理不能"修复如新",假设系统失效是因为冲击(外部)和内因(衰退),冲击的达到是服从泊松过程。采用极值冲击模型,利用α-幂过程来模拟系统的内部寿命和修理过程,利用更新报酬定理得出系统经长期运行单位时间内的平均损失表达式,并求出最优更换策略N*,验证了其存在性与唯一性。最后对该模型做了数值模拟。(2)在第二章冲击模型的基础上,考虑到系统受到冲击引起的失效可能有多种情形,于是将系统受到冲击引起的失效状态扩展为两种。并且假设系统伴有延迟修理的特点,采用广义维修策略N与极值冲击模型,在α-幂过程和更新过程理论下,得出系统经长期运行单位时间内的平均损失的表达式。最后给该模型做了数值模拟。(3)基于停机时间,讨论了带有延迟修理的冷贮备系统的优化模型。系统由两个不同型部件及一个修理工组成,且假设失效部件不能够被"修复如新"。采用二维更换策略(N_1,N_2),在α-幂过程下,得出系统经长期运行单位时间内的平均损失及平均停机时间,并建立了一个权衡优化模型,该模型是以期望损失率为约束条件,以所求得的平均停机时间为目标函数。最后对该模型做了数值模拟。
[Abstract]:The research of maintenance strategy is an important subject in reliability theory. It is widely used in solving practical engineering problems, and the study of optimal replacement strategy is also of great practical significance. In the past, it was assumed that the repair of the repairable system was "repaired as new", that is, the perfect repair, but in fact, the maintenance after the failure of the system was "repaired not new". Based on the existing research results, the optimal replacement strategy is further discussed and extended in this paper. The 伪 -power process is introduced to simulate the operation of the components. The objective function of the system is obtained under the replacement strategy N by using the renewal process. The existence and uniqueness of the optimal replacement strategy are verified by analysis and numerical simulation. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) A repairable system with a single component under Poisson impact is studied. The repair of the system after failure cannot be "repaired as new", assuming that the failure of the system is due to shock (external) and internal cause (decline), and that the impact is achieved through the Poisson process. By using the extreme impact model, the internal life and repair process of the system are simulated by 伪 -power process, and the expression of the average loss per unit time of the system over a long period of time is obtained by using the renewal reward theorem, and the optimal replacement strategy is obtained. Its existence and uniqueness are verified. Finally, the numerical simulation of the model is given. (2) based on the impact model in chapter 2, considering that there may be many kinds of failure caused by impact, the failure state caused by impact is extended to two kinds. Based on the generalized maintenance strategy N and the extreme impact model, under the theory of 伪 -power process and renewal process, the expression of the average loss per unit time of the system over a long period of time is obtained. Finally, the numerical simulation of the model is given. (3) based on the downtime, the optimization model of cold standby system with delay repair is discussed. The system consists of two different components and a repairman, assuming that the failed parts cannot be "repaired as new". In the process of 伪 -power, the average loss and average downtime of the system over a long period of time are obtained by using the two dimensional replacement strategy (N1s / N2s), and a tradeoff optimization model is established. The model takes the expected loss rate as the constraint condition and the average downtime obtained as the objective function. Finally, the model is simulated numerically.
