知识工具新论:管理视域中的逻辑

【摘要】:维持社会系统相对稳定的近平衡态是通过有效管理而达到的。当且仅当对社会系统进行自觉的管理时,语言才不只是社会交际的工具,还是社会管理的对象。社会管理中的语言管理,是对处于杂多变化状态的言语的管理,起初只是为了使人们的日常对话获得一定的效率与效果。当言语管理发展到专门为了使人们的认知对话获得一定的效率与效果时,逻辑便应运而生了。所谓逻辑,就是对杂多而变化的知识信息进行规范性管理所采用的普遍标准;所谓逻辑学,就是研究知识信息规范性管理中的普遍标准的学问。在知识管理中,逻辑的功能在于促成特殊知识与普遍知识的相互转化。而当把知识管理本质地理解为思维管理时,逻辑更获得了思维管理工具的意义,其功能乃在于促进群体思维效率的提高。
[Abstract]:The near equilibrium of maintaining the relative stability of the social system is achieved through effective management. If and only if the social system is managed consciously, language is not just a tool for social communication. Or the object of social management. Language management in social management is the management of speech in a state of variety. At first, it was only to achieve a certain efficiency and effect of people's daily conversation. When speech management was developed to make people's cognitive dialogue achieve a certain efficiency and effect, logic came into being. Logic is the study of the general standard in the normative management of knowledge information. In knowledge management, logic is the study of the general standards in the normative management of knowledge information. The function of logic is to promote the mutual transformation of special knowledge and universal knowledge, and when knowledge management is understood as thinking management essentially, logic acquires the meaning of thinking management tool, and its function is to promote the improvement of group thinking efficiency.
