【摘要】:本文通过挤出成型法,成功制备了管式固体氧化物烘焙电池阳极支撑体,并以YSZ为电解质,LSM为阴极组装成电池测试其电化学性能。为了改善阳极的结构,在阳极粉料分别中添加了三种造孔剂:石墨、玉米粉和淀粉,并进行了单电池的组装及电池性能测试。SEM分析和电化学测试结果都表明,与玉米粉和淀粉相比,石墨为造孔剂效果更好。另外,为了进一步优化阳极的性能,本文在以石墨为造孔剂时,同时在阳极中添加了相当于5%mol Ni的Fe离子。SEM结果显示Fe离子的加入能够减少阳极的烧结,优化阳极结构。随后的电化学性能测试亦表明,随着Fe离子的加入,单电池的性能从241m W·cm~(-2)提高到了400m W·cm~(-2)。而由于Fe的电阻大于Ni,电池的欧姆阻抗与未添加Fe离子时相比有了一定的提高。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the anode support of tubular solid oxide baking battery was successfully prepared by extrusion molding, and YSZ was used as electrolyte. In order to improve the structure of the anode, three kinds of pore-making agents were added to the anode powder: graphite, corn powder and starch. The results of single cell assembly, battery performance test. SEM and electrochemical test show that graphite is better than cornmeal and starch. In addition, graphite is better than cornflour and starch. In order to further optimize the performance of the anode, graphite was used as the pore-forming agent in this paper. At the same time, the addition of Fe ion, equivalent to 5mol Ni, in the anode. SEM results show that the addition of Fe ion can reduce the sintering of anode. The subsequent electrochemical performance tests also showed that with the addition of Fe ions, the structure of the anode was optimized. The performance of single cell is improved from 241m W 路cm ~ (-2) to 400 MW 路cm ~ (-2). However, the resistance of Fe is greater than that of Ni. The ohmic impedance of the battery is higher than that without Fe ion.
