蚕茧交联法制备炭材料及对重金属离子的吸附研究

【摘要】:以蚕茧为原料,运用不同的交联法对其进行改性,然后低温炭化制备出3种炭材料,分别为CJ200、CJ200-UF和C200J,并用3种炭材料分别对几种重金属离子Cu~(2+)、Al~(3+)、Fe~(3+)的吸附性能进行研究。结果表明,C200J吸附性能最好,对Cu~(2+)吸附量明显增大,对Fe2+、Al~(3+)基本不吸附,其比表面积较小,吸附主要靠表面的含氮官能团,符合Langmuir单分子层化学吸附,在25℃时,最大吸附量为23.78 mg/g,其吸附量随温度升高而增加,随p H的增大而增大。
[Abstract]:Silkworm cocoons were modified by different crosslinking methods and then carbonized at low temperature to prepare three kinds of carbon materials: CJ200C200-UF and C200J. Three kinds of carbon materials were used to study the adsorption properties of several heavy metal ions (Cu~(2). The results showed that the adsorption properties of C200J were the best. The adsorption amount of Cu~(2 was obviously increased, but the adsorption of Fe2 was not. The specific surface area was small, and the adsorption mainly depended on the nitrogen-containing functional groups on the surface. According to the Langmuir monolayer chemisorption, the maximum adsorption capacity is 23.78 mg / g at 25 鈩,
