【摘要】:发展了一种利用原位水热法,通过采用壳聚糖/SiO_2复合涂层对载体表面修饰和改性,实现在载体表面获得密度高且均一b-轴取向MFI型分子筛晶粒层的方法。考察了复合涂层中壳聚糖/SiO2质量比、分子筛合成液配比及晶化时间对取向晶种层的影响规律。结果表明,壳聚糖与SiO_2质量比为0.15、分子筛合成液配比为1TPAOH∶0.2TEOS∶90H2O、170℃反应3h时,在玻璃载体表面得到连续、致密且高度b-轴取向的MFI型分子筛晶种层。
[Abstract]:An in-situ hydrothermal method was developed to modify and modify the surface of the carrier by using chitosan / SiOs-2 composite coating. The method of obtaining MFI molecular sieve grain layer with high density and uniform b-axis orientation on the surface of the carrier was achieved.
