基层农业法制宣传教育的实践与思考

【摘要】：全面落实科学发展观,进一步加强农村基层民主法制建设,是实施依法治国方略,推动农村经济与社会发展,推进基层社会主义民主政治建设面临的重大问题。开展农村法制宣传教育是提高农民法律素质、推进农村民主法律进程、建设社会主义新农村、构建和谐社会的重要内容之一,加强农业法制宣传教育工作是确保农业增效、农村稳定、农民增收的重要手段之一。对如东县农村基层农业法制宣传教育工作现状进行了调查,并总结了如东县农村基层农业法制宣传教育工作的诸多成功经验,分析了存在的问题以及原因,进而对整个如东县农村基层农业法制宣传教育工作做了一些思考。
[Abstract]:To implement the concept of scientific development in an all-round way and to further strengthen the construction of democracy and legal system at the grass-roots level in rural areas is to implement the strategy of governing the country according to law and to promote rural economic and social development. To promote the construction of grass-roots socialist democratic politics is a major problem. To carry out legal publicity and education in rural areas is to improve the legal quality of farmers, to promote the process of democratic law in rural areas, and to build a new socialist countryside. One of the important contents of building a harmonious society is to strengthen the propaganda and education of agricultural legal system to ensure agricultural efficiency and rural stability. One of the important means to increase farmers' income. This paper investigates the current situation of rural grass-roots agricultural legal publicity and education in Rudong County, and summarizes many successful experiences of rural grass-roots agricultural legal publicity and education in Rudong County. This paper analyzes the existing problems and causes, and then makes some reflections on the propaganda and education of the basic agricultural legal system in the whole rural areas of Rudong County.
