当代大学生法治意识培育研究

【摘要】：我们党的十八届四中全会中提出了培育法治意识的命题,全会要求要在全社会树立法治意识,增强全民法治观念。而党的十八届五中全会文件中又一次的强调了法治意识,树立法治意识就是要树立对宪法和法律的权威性的内心信仰,让全体社会成员自觉去学法、尊法、守法和用法,使全社会形成一种宪法至上、法律至上的良好法治氛围。当代大学生作为社会成员的重要组成部分,大学生群体是一个特殊的群体,大学生属于有知识、有能力、有思想的群体,树立大学生法治意识有助于推动其它社会成员的法治意识的树立,有助于我国法治教育的开展,当我们回顾大学生法治教育的历史,大学生法治教育虽然初见成效,但是还是有许多不完善的地方。本文探讨了历史上的人治意识和法治意识,同时探讨了法治意识和大学生法治意识的内涵。通过对当代大学生法治意识不强原因的剖析,当代大学生的法治意识并未树立起来,对影响当代大学生法治意识树立的种种因素也进行了深入的剖析。面对当代大学生法治意识的不良现状,本文重点对当代大学生法治意识培育途径进行了深入挖掘,试图在探究传统的当代大学生法治意识培育途径的基础上,不断创新其培育途径,以达到法治教育的最佳效果,最终使全社会树立法治意识。
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee put forward the proposition of cultivating the consciousness of the rule of law, which called for the establishment of the consciousness of the rule of law in the whole society. Strengthen the concept of the rule of law of the whole people. However, the document of the Fifth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee emphasizes the consciousness of the rule of law once again. To establish the consciousness of the rule of law is to establish the inner faith of the constitution and the authority of the law. Let all the members of the society consciously to learn law, respect the law, abide by the law and use, so that the whole society to form a constitutional supremacy, the law supremacy of the good environment of the rule of law. Contemporary college students as an important part of the social members. College students are a special group, college students belong to the knowledge, ability, thinking groups, to establish the awareness of the rule of law of college students is helpful to promote the establishment of other members of the legal consciousness. It is helpful to the development of the education of rule of law in our country. However, there are still many imperfections. This paper discusses the consciousness of rule by man and the consciousness of rule by law in history. At the same time, it discusses the connotation of the consciousness of rule of law and the consciousness of rule of law of college students. Through the analysis of the reasons why the consciousness of rule of law is not strong, the consciousness of rule of law of contemporary college students has not been established. This paper also makes a deep analysis of the various factors that affect the establishment of the consciousness of rule of law of contemporary college students, and faces the bad situation of the consciousness of ruling by law of contemporary college students. This paper focuses on the cultivation of contemporary college students' awareness of the rule of law in depth, trying to explore the traditional way of cultivation of contemporary college students' awareness of the rule of law on the basis of constantly innovating the way of cultivation. In order to achieve the best effect of the rule of law education, finally make the whole society to establish awareness of the rule of law.
