稻草亚硫酸氢镁法制浆性能的研究

【摘要】:本文通过对辽宁地区稻草原料的分析,并结合辽宁金城纸业的实际生产需要,研究稻草亚硫酸氢镁制浆的性能。通过单因素实验,筛选出稻草亚硫酸氢镁蒸煮过程中的主要的影响因子,并对比了稻草烧碱法与亚硫酸氢镁法制浆,总结了烧碱法与亚硫酸氢镁法制浆各自的优缺点。通过对稻草亚硫酸氢镁蒸煮反应动力学的研究,得出稻草蒸煮反应速率常数随温度变化的曲线,最后通过正交实验,得出稻草亚硫酸氢镁法最佳的蒸煮方案。 稻草的纤维短而细,纤维的组织结构决定其浆中不定形的细小细胞较多,非纤维细胞含量很大,尤以细碎不整的薄壁细胞最多。亚硫酸氢镁法稻草浆较之碱法稻草浆的得率较高,而亚硫酸氢镁稻草浆的灰分、硅含量比碱法稻草浆的要高,苯醇和热水抽出物也高于碱法稻草浆。碱法稻草浆中的聚戊糖含量要高于亚硫酸氢镁法稻草浆。而通过比较两者的高锰酸钾值及其克拉森木素含量,再通过紫外测定酸溶木素的含量得出,亚硫酸氢镁法稻草浆的高锰酸钾值及木素总含量要高于烧碱法稻草浆。木素含量高是否还与蒸煮过程木素的缩合有关,有待进一步蒸煮历程研究。 通过对稻草亚硫酸氢镁法蒸煮反应动力学的研究,得出反应速率常数在100℃~145℃时,反应速率常数变化不大,在145℃~160℃时,反应速率常数迅速增加,得出蒸煮脱木素的有效温度范围为145℃~160℃。 研究结果表明,稻草的亚硫酸氢镁法的蒸煮最佳条件是A3B2C2D2的条件,即设置稻草亚硫酸氢镁法的蒸煮总酸浓度在3.4%,蒸煮的最高温度为155℃,蒸煮的升温时间为100min,蒸煮的保温时间控制在90min。蒸煮性能分析:K值15.93;得率45.57%;聚戊糖8.21%;苯醇抽提物2.34%;木质素含量1.46%;漂白纸浆的拉力23.55N/15mm;纸张的ISO白度值为78.38%。所得纸浆中,聚戊糖含量的保留使制浆保留一定的强度,且有效的除去了一些易溶于苯醇的有机物质对纸张的干扰,而且K值的下降使纸浆中的木质素含量进一步降低,使纸张的白度得到进一步改善。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of rice straw raw materials in Liaoning area and the actual production needs of Jincheng paper industry in Liaoning Province, this paper studies the properties of rice straw pulping with magnesium hydrogen sulfite. The main factors influencing the cooking process of straw magnesium bisulfite were screened, and the pulping of straw caustic soda and magnesium hydrogen sulfate pulping was compared. The advantages and disadvantages of caustic soda and magnesium bisulfite pulping were summarized. Through the study of the kinetics of straw cooking reaction, the curve of the rate constant of straw cooking with temperature was obtained, and the orthogonal experiment was carried out. The optimum cooking scheme of straw by magnesium hydrogen sulfite method was obtained. The fiber of rice straw is short and thin, and the structure of the fiber determines that there are more amorphous small cells in the plasma, and the content of non-fibrous cells is very large. The yield of magnesium bisulfite straw pulp was higher than that of alkali straw pulp, and the ash content of magnesium hydrogen sulfate straw pulp was higher than that of alkali straw pulp. The content of pentose in alkaline straw pulp was higher than that in magnesium bisulfite straw pulp, and the potassium permanganate value and Klaassen lignin content were compared. The results showed that potassium permanganate and total lignin content of straw pulp by magnesium hydrogen sulfite method were higher than those of rice straw pulp by caustic soda method, and whether the high lignin content was related to the condensation of lignin during cooking.
