【摘要】:以可溶性淀粉为碳源,十二烷基苯磺酸为磺化剂合成了碳基固体酸,并采用SEM、EDS、FTIR、XRD和TG等手段对固体酸进行了表征.以乙酰水杨酸的合成为探针反应,考查催化剂的催化活性,单因素试验最佳工艺条件为:催化剂用量为原料质量的4.5%,乙酸酐与水杨酸物质的量比为2.0∶1,反应温度75℃,反应时间为25~30 min,此条件下产品收率为82.8%,固体酸循环使用5次后,收率保持在76.5%.
[Abstract]:Carbon-based solid acids were synthesized from soluble starch and 12 alkyl benzene sulfonic acid as sulfonating agent. The solid acids were characterized by means of SEMS-EDS-FTIR XRD and TG. The catalytic activity of the catalyst was investigated by using the synthesis of acetylsalicylic acid as a probe reaction. The optimum conditions of single factor experiment were as follows: the amount of catalyst was 4.5% of the raw material, the ratio of acetic anhydride to salicylic acid was 2.0: 1, the reaction temperature was 75 鈩,
