媒介自主的尺度:新自由主义、民主与电视殖民——解读布尔迪厄的《关于电视》

【摘要】：布尔迪厄的《关于电视》因其注重对权力运作的实然阐释而受到一些根本性质疑,诸如其忽视权力的应然合法性且民主本身不明进而可能曲解媒介与民主正当关联等。不过,《关于电视》的尖锐性批判论调正是缘于对媒介权力正当合法性的内在强调,而自主性与民主则是其重要评判维度,同时该书关于电视与自主性和民主的关联性阐释实则体现了一种特定民主观,即民主需由有智识的好公民方能得以支撑。但在对新自由主义主宰下电视反民主实践的批判性分析揭示出媒介殖民逻辑的必然性的同时,《关于电视》并未为媒介民主的能动性提供多少阐释空间,反而再次印证了布尔迪厄极力保持距离的政治经济学所坚持的结构决定论主张,并且因具有更为丰富的实践性经验而最终为后者提供了相比其以往更具说服力的论证。
[Abstract]:Bourdieu's about TV is called into question because of its emphasis on the actual interpretation of the functioning of power. Such as neglecting the legitimate legitimacy of power and the fact that democracy itself is not clear may misinterpret the relationship between the media and democracy. However, the sharp criticism of TV is due to the inherent emphasis on the legitimate legitimacy of media power. Autonomy and democracy are its important dimensions of judgment. Meanwhile, the relevance between television and autonomy and democracy in this book embodies a particular view of democracy. That is, democracy can only be supported by wise and good citizens. But while the critical analysis of the anti-democratic practice of television under the domination of neoliberalism reveals the inevitability of the colonial logic of the media, "TV" is not the medium. How much space for interpretation is provided by the dynamic nature of democracy, On the contrary, Bourdieu's political economy insists on the theory of structural determinism, and it provides a more convincing argument for the latter because of his rich practical experience.
