【摘要】: 本文采用壳聚糖(壳聚糖原料粉末、壳聚糖粒子、壳聚糖凝胶)和海藻酸钠凝胶为基质载体,维生素D_3和叶黄素为药物营养物,采用超临界二氧化碳注入法,制备药物营养物复合物。 本文共分三部分,第一部分,以壳聚糖原料粉末和壳聚糖粒子为载体,维生素D_3为药物营养物,采用超临界二氧化碳注入法,成功的制备维生素D_3壳聚糖复合物。利用紫外和红外分析了注入前后维生素D_3和壳聚糖的结构;通过SEM分析考察维生素D_3在壳聚糖表面分布和分散情况;并考察了过程参数压力、温度、助溶剂乙醇和时间对维生素D_3负载量的影响。 第二部分,以壳聚糖粒子为载体,叶黄素为药物营养物,采用超临界二氧化碳注入法,成功的制备了叶黄素壳聚糖微粒,利用紫外分析了注入前后叶黄素的结构;采用照相机和SEM分析考察了叶黄素分布和分散情况;并考察了过程参数温度、压力、助溶剂乙醇和时间对叶黄素负载量的影响。 第三部分,分别以壳聚糖凝胶和海藻酸钠凝胶为基质,维生素D_3为药物营养物,采用超临界二氧化碳注入法,成功的制备了维生素D_3复合物,考察了不同基质载体对维生素D_3负载量的影响;利用SEM分析考察维生素D_3在壳聚糖凝胶表面和内部的分散情况;并考察过程参数温度、压力和时间对维生素D_3负载量的影响。
[Abstract]:In this paper, chitosan (chitosan powder, chitosan particle, chitosan gel) and sodium alginate gel were used as matrix carrier, vitamin D3 and lutein were used as drug nutrients, and supercritical carbon dioxide injection method was used. Preparation of drug nutrient complex. This paper is divided into three parts. In the first part, using chitosan powder and chitosan particle as carrier, vitamin D3 as drug nutrition, supercritical carbon dioxide injection method is used. Vitamin D 3 chitosan complex was successfully prepared. The structure of vitamin D 3 and chitosan before and after injection were analyzed by UV and IR. The distribution and dispersion of vitamin D 3 on chitosan surface were investigated by SEM analysis. The effects of pressure, temperature, cosolvent ethanol and time on the loading of vitamin D _ 3 were investigated. In the second part, using chitosan particles as carrier and lutein as drug nutrition, lutein chitosan particles were successfully prepared by supercritical carbon dioxide injection. The structure of lutein before and after injection was analyzed by UV. The distribution and dispersion of lutein were investigated by camera and SEM, and the effects of process parameters such as temperature, pressure, cosolvent ethanol and time on the loading of lutein were investigated. In the third part, using chitosan gel and sodium alginate gel as matrix and vitamin D3 as drug nutrition, vitamin D3 complex was successfully prepared by supercritical carbon dioxide injection. The effects of different matrix carriers on the loading of vitamin D _ 3 were investigated; the dispersion of vitamin D _ 3 on the surface and inside of chitosan gel was investigated by SEM analysis; and the effects of temperature, pressure and time of process parameters on the loading of vitamin D _ 3 were investigated.
