【摘要】：伴随着中国特色社会主义现代化建设进程的演进，中国特色的政治发展逐渐成为一个世人关注的焦点问题。未来选择什么样的政治发展道路，这不仅关系到中国特色社会主义建设的全局，关系到党和国家的前途命运，而且也与每一个中国人的切身利益息息相关。实践证明，中国的政治发展是与特定的社会、历史、文化紧密相连，具有鲜明的中国特色和时代特征。政治发展作为政治领域中发生的变迁，具有正向性。主要包括政治上层建筑中各种关系的变革和调适。中国特色社会主义政治发展是当代中国政治领域里发生的正向变化和进步,是与中国社会主义现代化进程相联系的政治民主化过程。本文侧重于对新世纪以来中国特色社会主义政治发展进行研究。主要内容如下：第一部分阐述中国在政治发展中始终坚守的基本政治理念，从而确立体现政治民主，践行法治政治，追求效能政治，保持政治稳定的中国特色社会主义政治发展的基本战略目标。第二部分结合中国特色社会主义政治发展所遵循的坚持社会主义发展方向，坚持党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国有机统一，，坚持在基本政治制度框架内发展，坚持科学发展观，坚持走中国自己的路等实践原则，阐释新世纪中国特色社会主义政治发展的价值取向——实现社会和谐，维护公平正义，扩大政治民主。第三部分从发展方式、发展内容、发展模式等方面探讨新世纪中国特色社会主义政治发展的实现路径。我国目前处于社会转型关键时期，各领域矛盾日益凸显，给政治发展带来了严峻考验。深入研究新世纪中国特色社会主义政治发展，深刻认识中国特色社会主义政治制度的本质和内在规律，通过完善制度逐步化解矛盾，有助于我们在实践中实现政治发展与经济建设、社会稳定协调发展，彰显中国特色社会主义政治发展的道路自信。
[Abstract]:With the evolution of the modernization process of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the political development with Chinese characteristics has gradually become the focus of attention of the world. What kind of political development path should be chosen in the future? This is not only related to the overall situation of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also to the future and destiny of the party and the country, and is closely related to the vital interests of every Chinese.
