【摘要】：毛泽东同志是我国伟大的无产阶级革命家、政治家和理论家,也是我国现代教育史上杰出的干部教育思想家。早在新民主主义革命伊始,毛泽东就高度重视干部教育工作,他始终运用马克思主义的立场、原则和方法,站在历史的高度和时代发展的前列,创造性地把马克思列宁主义干部教育理论与中国干部教育的具体实践相结合,逐渐形成了毛泽东干部教育思想。研究毛泽东干部教育思想,对于中国共产党在新时期搞好干部教育工作,培养一支高素质的干部队伍,有着重要的启示作用。本文共分为三大部分,第一部分从界定相关概念入手,进而阐述了马克思主义经典作家关于干部教育的论述,包括马克思和恩格斯的干部教育学说、列宁和斯大林的干部教育理论。而后,在对新民主主义革命时期毛泽东干部教育实践研究的基础上,根据其思想发展的特点,划分了毛泽东干部教育思想的发展阶段,包括萌芽期、初步形成期、成熟期和继续发展期。第二部分,详细阐述了毛泽东干部教育思想的基本内容,包括干部教育重要性思想、干部教育任务和目标思想、干部教育方针和原则思想、干部教育内容思想、干部教育方法和途径思想以及干部教育队伍建设思想等六个方面内容。第三部分,总结归纳了毛泽东干部教育思想的特点,包括时代性、实践性和广泛性,并在此基础上论述了毛泽东干部教育思想的当代价值。
[Abstract]:Comrade Mao Zedong is a great proletarian revolutionist, statesman and theorist in our country, and also an outstanding cadre education thinker in the history of modern education in our country. As early as the beginning of the new democratic revolution, Mao Zedong attached great importance to the work of cadre education. He has always used the stand, principles and methods of Marxism, stood in the forefront of the history and the development of the times, creatively combined Marxism-Leninist cadre education theory with the concrete practice of cadre education in China. It is important for the CPC to do a good job of cadre education in the new period and to cultivate a contingent of high-quality cadres. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part begins with the definition of relevant concepts, and then expounds the exposition of Marxist classic writers on cadre education, including Marx and Engels' theory of cadre education. Lenin and Stalin's theory of cadre education. Then, on the basis of studying Mao Zedong's cadre education practice in the period of the New Democratic Revolution and according to the characteristics of his ideological development, the author divided the stage of the development of Mao Zedong's cadre education thought. The second part elaborates the basic contents of Mao Zedong's thought on cadre education, including the important thought of cadre education, the task of cadre education and the thought of goal. The principles and principles of cadre education, the contents of cadre education, the methods and approaches of cadre education, and the construction of cadre education team are six aspects. Part three summarizes the characteristics of Mao Zedong's thoughts on cadre education. It also discusses the contemporary value of Mao Zedong's thoughts on cadre education.
