试论我国法制专题片的创作与发展

【摘要】： 当前社会,媒体处于十分激烈的竞争状态。虽然电视以其不断的技术更新来满足大众的需求,但也有其局限性。从传播便捷上看,它不如广播；从传播速度上说,它不及网络；从传播永久性上讲,它比不上报纸。可是要想展示一件法制事件的全过程,广播的听觉、报纸的平面以及网络的随意性,远远比不上电视节目的全面、生动、专业。随着我国普法教育的深入,人民法律意识日益增强,电视法制节目己经成为继新闻节目、娱乐节目之后的第三大节目门类,进入了前所未有的鼎盛时期。法制节目的兴旺,一方面顺应了我国依法治国的治国方略,另一方面,也满足了观众从法制节目中获取法律知识的强烈愿望。而在法制电视节目中,法制专题片又以讲述案件的全面、画面的生动和悬疑的故事情节,吸引着观众的眼球。纵观任何一期法制节目,都有法制专题片的内容,它在法制类节目中占有着绝大部分的比例。因此,对法制专题片的创作及其创新发展的研究,是搞好法制节目的基础和重点。电视法制专题片对促进我国的法制建设、提升公众的法制意识起着明显的作用,也是电视媒体进行市场竞争、提高收视率的有效工具,但同时法制专题片的创作又是一把双刃剑：法制专题片与其他节目类型相比,其特殊的报道领域和报道题材能够增强节目的实用性、服务性以及故事性和娱乐性,但也极易让节目走入低俗化误区,背离法制节目的精神实质和基本宗旨。特别是近年来,随着传媒的市场化和产业化以及传媒对法的本质和精神的误解和不解,导致很多法制专题片过度地追求刺激和收视率,出现诸多问题和传播误区。作为法制专题片的编导如何使用好这把“剑”尤为重要,是用触目惊心、暴力血腥的画面来吸引观众?还是以揭示案件背后的情、理、法的冲突,用法律的力量来启示观众?态度决定行动,细节决定效果,法制专题片的编导一定要肩负起媒体所承担的社会责任,义不容辞的宣扬公平正义,打造出社会效应和收视效应相结合的法制专题片节目。作为一名优秀的法制专题片编导,不仅要端正态度,还要有过硬的业务素养。笔者从事六年法制专题片的编导工作,因此,本文结合笔者的实践工作经验,从法制专题片的创作手法入手,对当前法制专题片存在的问题和传播误区进行了深入分析,并对电视法制专题片的未来发展提出了一些具有借鉴意义的创新策略。
[Abstract]:In the current society, the media is in a very fierce competitive state. Although television meets the needs of the public with its continuous technological updates, it also has its limitations. From the point of view of the convenience of communication, it is not as good as broadcasting, and it is inferior to the Internet in terms of the speed of communication. Permanently speaking, it is not comparable to newspapers. But to show the whole process of a legal incident, the hearing of broadcasting, the plane of newspapers and the arbitrariness of the network, is far less comprehensive, vivid and professional than TV programs. With the deepening of law popularization education in our country and the increasing legal consciousness of the people, TV legal programs have become the third largest category of programs after news programs and entertainment programs, and have entered an unprecedented prosperous period. On the one hand, it conforms to the general strategy of governing the country according to law, on the other hand, it also satisfies the audience's strong desire to acquire legal knowledge from legal programs. The vivid and suspense storyline of the picture attracts the attention of the audience. Throughout any legal program, there is the content of the legal feature film, which accounts for the vast majority of the legal programs. The research on the creation and innovative development of legal feature films is the basis and emphasis of doing well the legal programs. TV legal feature films play an obvious role in promoting the legal construction of our country and raising the public's awareness of the legal system. They are also an effective tool for TV media to compete in the market and improve ratings. But at the same time, the creation of legal feature films is a double-edged sword: compared with other types of programs, legal feature films can enhance the practicality, service, story and entertainment of programs by their special reporting fields and subjects. However, it is also easy to make the programs go into vulgar misunderstandings and deviate from the spiritual essence and basic purpose of legal programs. Especially in recent years, with the marketization and industrialization of the media and the misunderstanding and confusion of the nature and spirit of the law by the media, This leads to the excessive pursuit of stimulus and ratings by many legal feature films, resulting in many problems and misunderstandings. How to use this "sword" as the director of the legal feature film is particularly important, is to use the shocking, violent and bloody screen to attract the audience? Or to reveal the situation behind the case, reason, the conflict of law, with the power of law to inspire the audience? Attitude determines the action, the details determine the effect, the compilation of the legal feature film must shoulder the social responsibility of the media, it is duty-bound to promote fairness and justice, and create a legal feature program combining the social effect and the viewing effect. As an excellent director of legal feature film, we should not only have a correct attitude, but also have excellent professional accomplishment. The author is engaged in compiling and directing legal feature film for six years. Therefore, this paper combines the author's practical work experience, Starting with the creative techniques of legal feature films, this paper analyzes deeply the existing problems and misunderstandings of legal feature films, and puts forward some innovative strategies for the future development of TV legal feature films.
