【摘要】：作为十二届全国政协加强协商民主建设最重要的一项制度创新,双周协商座谈会实现了从非制度化到制度化的转变。作为咨询型协商,它具有中立性和权威性的特点,并有效实现协商与决策的衔接,体现了社会主义协商民主的制度优势。
[Abstract]:As a system innovation of the twelve CPPCC National Committee to strengthen the construction of deliberative democracy is the most important, biweekly consultation forum from the implementation of the system to change the system. As the Advisory consultations, it has the characteristics of neutrality and authority, and implement effective negotiation and decision making connection, embodies the socialist deliberative democracy the advantages of the system.
