法治评估结果运用的前提、方式和目的

【摘要】：法治评估也称为法治的量化评估,是衡量一个国家或地区法治水平的评估量化指标体系。但法治评估制度设计的根本目的在于法治评估结果的正当运用。法治评估结果运用的前提在于评估结果的信度与效度。为实现评估结果的信度与效度,我国应完善现行的法治评估机制。法治评估结果的运用在实现法治评估的根本目的以后,还可以成为改善评估机制、公务员考核、政府预算编制、行政问责、监督机制的重要依据。
