复合熔铸法制备短碳纤维增强铝基复合材料

【摘要】:对碳纤维进行预处理后与铝粉机械混合,用压力机制备预制块,将过热铝液与预制块混合并浇注试样。结果表明:行星球磨机转速300 r/min,混制时间20 min的条件下,可获得分散度较好的预制块粉末;压强为20 MPa、保压为2.5~3 min的工艺条件下,获得了较好的预制块,并与860℃的过热铝液混合后浇注试样;经过激光刻蚀、高温灼蚀、化学镀铜预处理的短碳纤维比未经过预处理的碳纤维在铝基体中的分散效果好。
[Abstract]:Carbon fiber was pretreated and mixed with aluminum powder mechanically. Prefabricated blocks were prepared by press, superheated aluminum liquid and prefabricated blocks were mixed and cast samples. The results showed that the speed of planetary ball mill was 300rmin and the mixing time was 20 min. The prefabricated powder with good dispersion can be obtained. Under the conditions of 20 MPA pressure and 2.5 min holding pressure, a better prefabricated block is obtained, which is mixed with superheated aluminum liquid at 860 鈩,
