【摘要】：本文以在九届人大二次会议上被确定为宪法原则的“依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家”治国方略为出发点,结合当代大学生是建设中国特色社会主义事业的建设者和接班人的实际,论述了对当代大学生进行社会主义法治教育,提升包含法律基本知识、法治观念和法治意识在内的法律素质对我国建设社会主义法治国家、完善社会主义市场经济、加强两个文明建设、促进大学生全面发展的重大意义。本文从剖析基本的法学概念“法治”入手,在综合分析国内外不同学者论述“法治”这个概念的基础上,提出了对当代大学生进行社会主义法治教育的必要性和重要性,深刻分析了当代大学生社会主义法治教育在新形势下所面临的问题和原因,详细阐述了当代大学生社会主义法治教育的内容及其实现措施和途径。本文由四个部分组成:文章的第一部分重点解释了在古今中外法学理论界争论较大的“法治”涵义的问题。作者在国内外不同时代、具有代表性的学者亚里士多德、埃尔伯特·维纳·戴雪、孟德斯鸠、韩非子、梁启超、孙中山及中国当代学者对“法治”论断的基础上,通过鉴别、分析、比较,从建设中国特色社会主义的角度分析了当代“法治”的涵义,形成了笔者对“法治”涵义的概括。在此基础上,延伸出了“法治教育”和“大学生社会主义法治教育”的基本概念,并以“依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家”治国方略和建设中国特色社会主义为出发点着重论述了加强当代大学生社会主义法治教育的重要意义。文章的第二部分在综合不同学者对加强社会主义法治教育观点的基础上,深刻分析了加强当代大学生社会主义法治教育所面临的形势和亟需解决的问题,并对产生这些问题的原因作了深刻阐述。文章的第三部分以当代大学生的全面发展为基础,以培养当代大学生所必须的法律素质为目的,提出了加强当代大学生社会主义法治教育的主要内容应该是对当代大学生进行以包含宪法意识、社会主义法治理念及基本法律制度在内的教育。文章的第四部分在作者大量阅读关于当代大学生社会主义法治教育文献的基础上,深刻分析了我国高校对当代大学生进行社会主义法治教育的具体措施和途径,提出了对当代大学生进行社会主义法治教育的新方法、新设想。

This paper consists of four parts: the first part mainly explains in the law theory circles at all times and in all countries of "rule of law" the meaning of the problem.
