RAFT沉淀聚合法制备四环素分子印迹微球与表征

【摘要】:本论文研究了将可逆加成—断裂链转移自由基聚合(Reversible Addition- Fragmentation Chain Transfer Radical polymerization,RAFT polymerization)与沉淀聚合相结合,制备四环素分子印迹微球的方法。首先进行了二硫代苯甲酸异丙苯基酯(Cumyl Dithiobenzoate,CDB)的合成。以合成的CDB为链转移试剂,四环素为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,应用RAFT沉淀聚合法,结合分子印迹技术,合成了四环素分子印迹聚合物微球。通过氧瓶燃烧实验测定聚合物中硫元素的含量,结果证明链转移试剂基团(CDB)存在于聚合物结构中。通过平衡吸附实验测定了印迹聚合物和非印迹聚合物对四环素的吸附量。以合成的印迹聚合物作为色谱固定相,用液相色谱法对其识别能力进行了评价,并考察了不同流动相对其保留行为的影响。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the reversible addition-break chain transfer radical polymerization (Reversible addition-Fragmentation Chain Transfer Radical polymerization) and precipitation polymerization have been studied. Preparation of tetracycline molecularly imprinted microspheres. Firstly, the synthesis of Cumyl Dithiobenzoate CDBs was carried out. The synthesized CDB was used as chain transfer reagent, tetracycline as template molecule and methacrylic acid as functional monomer. Tetracycline molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres were synthesized by RAFT precipitation polymerization and molecular imprinting technique. The results showed that the chain transfer reagent group CDB existed in the polymer structure. The adsorption amount of tetracycline by imprinted and non-imprinted polymers was determined by equilibrium adsorption experiment. The imprinted polymer was used as the chromatographic stationary phase. Its recognition ability was evaluated by liquid chromatography, and the effect of different flow on its retention behavior was investigated.
