【摘要】：正目睹官场诸多腐败现象,具家国情怀如侪辈者,肝火焉能不旺?连日溽热,胸中更热。忽一日,笔者翻阅清末名著《官场现形记》。正在沉思之际,只闻一阵风声,竟然是《官场现形记》的作者李伯元先生翩然而至!遂有下列相隔107年的"超时空对话"——齐:官场的腐败,是不是跟权力没有"笼子"制约,抑或有"笼子"但钥匙在自己手上有关?李:可作如是观,绝对权力导致绝对腐败,腐败是官德最大的负面。不施之真正民主、法治的"阳光",这腐败的官德终不可除也!
