【摘要】：正2017年9月7日,新修订的《宗教事务条例》(以下简称《条例》)公布。原《条例》自2005年3月1日正式实施以来,极大地推动了宗教工作法治化进程,在保障公民宗教信仰自由权利、依法管理宗教事务方面发挥了重要作用。但近些年来,随着国内国际形势的深刻变化,宗教方面出现了许多新情况新问题,原《条例》已经不能很好地适应宗教工作
