中国公民人权的法治保障探讨

【摘要】：生存权和发展权是公民的首要人权。公民的发展权是一项不可剥夺的基本人权,实现发展权是整个国际社会的共同义务。中国公民人权保障的基本状况是:公民人身权利保障得到落实,发展权利保障得到实现,特殊群体权利保障体系不断完善。中国公民人权保障的主要法治举措是:完善人权保障法律体系,实施人权保障行动计划,健全人权保障司法救济制度。
[Abstract]:The right to survival and the right to development are the primary human rights of citizens, and the right to development of citizens is an inalienable and fundamental human right, The realization of the right to development is a common obligation of the international community as a whole. The basic conditions of guaranteeing human rights for Chinese citizens are: the guarantee of the personal rights of citizens and the guarantee of the right to development are realized. The main legal measures for the protection of human rights of Chinese citizens are: perfecting the legal system of human rights protection, implementing the human rights protection action plan, and perfecting the judicial relief system of human rights protection.
