新媒体时代大学生网络伦理道德失范教育的法治化思考

【摘要】：本文主要是对于新出现的新媒体给大学生带来伦理道德上的失范化的现象做出的研究。在新媒体出现的过程中,对于接触新鲜事物最多的大学生带来的冲击是最大的,他们面对这些新鲜事物充满了极度的好奇,而在网络时代信息的传播给大学生的心理以及日常的生活也带了极大地影响,使得他们的,伦理道德也趋于失范,而我们作为人生导师,也要帮助他们纠正和重塑自己的思想道德,从而营造一个美好、绿色的校园网络环境。而建造绿色健康的网络环境又少不了法治化的约束,所以,我们要从校园法治化教育中找到营造大学生网络健康的完美路径,从而达到提升学生思想境界的育人目的。
[Abstract]:This paper is mainly about the phenomenon that the new media bring the ethical and moral anomie to the college students.In the process of the emergence of new media, the impact on the college students who are most exposed to new things is the greatest, and they are full of extreme curiosity about these new things.And the spread of information in the age of the Internet has had a great impact on the psychology of college students and their daily lives, making their ethics and morality tend to be out of order, and we are life mentors.Also help them correct and reshape their own ideology and morality, thus creating a beautiful, green campus network environment.The construction of a green and healthy network environment is bound by the constraints of the rule of law, so we should find out the perfect way to build the network health of college students from the campus legal education, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the ideological realm of students.
