法治人才法治化培养的德国经验

【摘要】：德国法学教育受到德国联邦法、州法和大学自治法的规制,法律体制较为完整,法学教育全过程均受法律规制,实现了法治人才的法治化培养。中国法学教育面临规范文件散、规范效力低、存在法律规制空白等问题,对此可以借鉴德国法学教育经验。
[Abstract]:The German law education is regulated by the German federal law, the state law and the university autonomy law, the legal system is relatively complete, and the whole process of the law education is regulated by the law.Legal education in China is faced with the problems of scattered normative documents, low normative effect and blank legal regulation, which can be used for reference from the experience of German legal education.
