高校法治文化体系建设探析

【摘要】：高校作为文化传承创新的重要基地,既是法治文化的传播者,又是法治理念的塑造地,其法治文化体系建设直接关乎当今的法治进程。文章从完善高校法治设施、法治载体等物质文化,规范高校主体言行举止、行为方式等行为文化,制定大学章程、规范运作方式等组织制度文化,树立民主法治、公平正义、保障人权等法治理念文化这几个方面,期望搭建起高校法治文化体系建设框架,提高民众法治文化素养,使法治成为人的生活方式。
[Abstract]:As an important base of cultural inheritance and innovation, colleges and universities are not only the disseminators of the culture of rule of law, but also the place of shaping the concept of the rule of law. The construction of the cultural system of the rule of law is directly related to the process of the rule of law today.In this paper, we should perfect the legal facilities, carrier and other material culture, standardize the behavior culture, such as behavior, behavior and behavior of the subject, formulate the constitution of the university, standardize the organizational system culture, establish democracy and rule by law, be fair and just.It is expected to set up a framework for the construction of the culture system of rule of law in colleges and universities, improve the cultural literacy of the rule of law of the people, and make the rule of law a way of life.
