郑州市创新社会管理中公众参与问题探究

【摘要】：随着经济社会的不断发展,民主法治意识的增强,公众参与正在从理论层面转向实践。当前,在中原经济区和郑州都市区建设的背景下,郑州市还存在公众参与的服务型政府职能转变不到位,公众参与创新社会管理意识淡薄、动力不足,公众参与创新社会管理机制不完善等问题。为确保公众参与创新社会管理,必须加快服务型政府建设的步伐,积极培育公众参与社会管理的意识,完善公众参与创新社会管理的机制。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the economy and society, the enhancement of the consciousness of democracy and the rule of law, the public participation is shifting from the theoretical level to practice. At present, under the background of the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone and Zhengzhou metropolitan area, the public participation in the service type government functions in Zhengzhou is not in place, and the public participation in the innovation of social management is weak and the power is insufficient. In order to ensure the public participation in the innovation of social management, it is necessary to accelerate the pace of the construction of the service-oriented government, cultivate the public participation in social management awareness, and improve the public participation in the innovation of social management mechanism.
