【摘要】:全氢聚硅氮烷转化法是一种工艺灵活度非常高的制备氧化硅涂层的方法,特别适用于对处理温度有要求的聚合物基材。综述了在聚合物薄膜基材上通过全氢聚硅氮烷转化法制备氧化硅阻隔涂层的研究进展,简述了国内的发展现状,并指出了未来的发展方向。
[Abstract]:Full-hydropolysilane conversion is a very flexible method for preparing silicon oxide coatings, which is especially suitable for polymer substrates that require treatment temperature. The progress in the preparation of silica barrier coatings by full hydropolysilane conversion on polymer thin film substrates is reviewed. The current situation of development in China is briefly described, and the development trend in the future is pointed out.
