【摘要】:目的:优选党参干法制粒工艺。方法:以颗粒得率和颗粒脆碎度为评价指标,以细粉含水量、压片变频、制粒变频、低温恒温槽的温度为考察因素,采用单因素试验考察各因素对评价指标总评OD值的影响,并采用效应面法预测、分析、选取最佳工艺。结果:最佳干法制粒工艺为压片变频为13.5 Hz,制粒变频为25.0 Hz,低温恒温槽温度为8.0℃。结论:所选工艺稳定、可行、重现性好,可用于党参颗粒的制粒。
[Abstract]:Objective: to optimize the dry granulation process of Codonopsis pilosula. Methods: taking particle yield and particle brittle degree as evaluation index, taking fine powder water content, pressure sheet frequency conversion, granulation frequency conversion, temperature of low temperature constant temperature tank as the investigation factors, single factor test was used to investigate the influence of each factor on the total OD value of the evaluation index. The effect surface method was used to predict, analyze and select the best technology.
