层层组装法制备多功能超疏水性棉织物

【摘要】:采用层层组装法,以带正电的聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵为聚电解质,将多壁碳纳米管静电吸附到纤维表面,然后以聚二甲基硅氧烷为低表面能物质涂覆于纤维表面,成功制备了集超疏水、导电及紫外屏蔽于一体的棉织物。测试了整理后棉织物的抗紫外光、耐酸碱盐稳定性,并探究了不同组装层数对棉织物表面润湿性和光透过率的影响。结果发现,整理织物表面粗糙,具有较强的抗紫外线和耐酸碱盐稳定性,电阻率降低至18.5Ω·cm,且当组装次数达到十次时,其静态接触角达到162°,在200~380 nm紫外光区,对紫外光的透过率能低至2%。
[Abstract]:Using polydimethyldiallylammonium chloride as polyelectrolyte, multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) were electrostatic adsorbed onto the fiber surface by layer-by-layer assembly method, and poly-dimethylsiloxane was coated on the fiber surface. Cotton fabric with super hydrophobic, conductive and ultraviolet shielding was successfully prepared. The UV light resistance, acid-alkali-salt resistance of the treated cotton fabric were tested, and the effects of the number of the assembled layers on the wettability and light transmittance of the cotton fabric were investigated. The results show that the finished fabric has rough surface, strong anti-ultraviolet radiation and acid-alkali-salt resistance, the resistivity is reduced to 18.5 惟 cm, and when the assembly times reach 10 times, the static contact angle reaches 162 掳, in the ultraviolet region of 200 ~ 380 nm. The transmittance of ultraviolet light can be as low as 2.
