【摘要】：大约2500年前,在爱琴海的希腊半岛上和小亚细亚地区诞生了令人称奇的人类高级文明形态——民主政治。古希腊民主政治的出现是基于它独特的城邦制度与文化的,其典型代表是雅典。雅典民主政治在经历了梭伦改革、克里斯提尼改革后至伯里克利时,散发出了迷人的光彩。它所带来的自由、开放气象使得雅典人的创造力得到了极大的迸发。雅典几乎在所有领域取得了前无古人的成就,达到了人类古代文明的最高度。但遗憾的是民主政治只是昙花一现就陨落了。本文先对雅典民主政治的发展进行了简要的概述,然后逐一分析了它所具有的主权在民、直接民主、依法执政和民主监督的基本特点；再重点深入研究了古典希腊主要思想家对雅典民主政治的态度和反思,指出民主政治本身存在的固有矛盾和困境：最后从民主、自由、平等三个基本方面对古希腊民主与现代代议制民主进行比较研究,以期能获得一个对民主政治更加全面、清晰的认识。
[Abstract]:About 2, 500 years ago, the Aegean peninsula and Asia minor gave birth to an amazing form of high civilization-democracy. The emergence of ancient Greek democracy is based on its unique city-state system and culture, its typical representative is Athens. Athenian democracy had a fascinating luster after the Solon and Christinique reforms to Pericles. The freedom and openness of the Athenians gave rise to great creativity. Athens has made unprecedented achievements in almost all fields, reaching the highest level of ancient human civilization. But it is a pity that democracy is just a flash in the pan. This paper first gives a brief overview of the development of Athenian democratic politics, and then analyzes the basic characteristics of its sovereignty in the people, direct democracy, rule by law and democratic supervision. It also focuses on the attitude and reflection of the main thinkers of classical Greece on Athenian democracy, and points out the inherent contradictions and dilemmas of democracy itself: finally, from democracy, freedom, In order to obtain a more comprehensive and clear understanding of democracy in ancient Greece, a comparative study was made between ancient Greek democracy and modern representative democracy in the three basic aspects of equality.
