喷雾干燥法制备莪术油微囊研究

【摘要】:目的研究喷雾干燥法制备莪术油微囊的最佳处方及最佳工艺。方法以微囊粒径、微囊形态、包埋率为考察指标,采用单因素实验对囊材配比、芯材与囊材比、干物质用量、附加剂PEG6000用量、乳化速度、乳化时间、进风温度、进料功率进行了研究,筛选出莪术油微囊的最佳处方及最佳工艺。结果喷雾干燥法制备莪术油微囊的最佳处方为阿拉伯胶-明胶(1.0∶1.0),芯材-囊材(0.30∶1.0),附加剂PEG6000用量2%,干物质用量20%;最佳工艺为乳化速度10 600 r/min,乳化时间9 min,进风温度160℃,进料功率6%。根据最佳实验条件制得的微囊较圆整,表面致密,粒径分布均匀,多数集中在1.0~2.5μm,且呈较好的正态分布,平均粒径1.913μm,包埋率可达75.4%。结论本实验采用的方法可增加莪术油的稳定性,掩盖其不良气味,且药物利用率较高,重复性好。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the optimum formulation and process of preparation of turmeric oil microcapsules by spray drying. Methods the particle size, morphology and embedding rate of microcapsules were used as the index. The ratio of core material to capsule material, dry matter dosage, PEG6000 dosage, emulsifying speed, emulsifying time and inlet air temperature were measured by single factor experiment. The optimum prescription and process of turmeric oil microencapsulation were obtained by studying the feed power of zedoary turmeric oil. Results the optimum conditions for preparation of turmeric oil microcapsules by spray drying were as follows: Arabic gelatin 1.0: 1.0, core material and capsule 0.30: 1.0, additive PEG6000 2, dry matter 20, emulsifying speed 10 600 r / min, emulsifying time 9 min, air inlet temperature 160 鈩,
