和谐社会与中国共产党政治文化的创新及战略定位——兼论21世纪“文化均势”

【摘要】：实现社会公平正义,最大限度地化解社会矛盾,构建社会主义和谐社会,是党和国家工作的大局,直接推动了中国共产党政治文化的创新。政治文化的创新首先是政治观念的创新,以人为本、服务政府、公民社会等观念引领政治文化创新的走向,推进了民主法制等的制度化建设,也使其包容性与和平发展的战略定位更加清晰。从文化内涵上看,中国共产党的政治文化与其在21世纪的"文化均势"相辅相成,并通过文化认同和文化自觉凝聚起中华民族复兴的力量,以扭转"西强我弱"的文化发展态势。
[Abstract]:To realize social fairness and justice, to resolve social contradictions to the maximum extent, and to construct a harmonious socialist society are the overall situation of the party and state work, and directly promote the political and cultural innovation of the Communist Party of China. The innovation of political culture is, first of all, the innovation of political concept. The concepts of people-oriented, serving the government and civil society lead the trend of political cultural innovation and promote the institutionalization of democracy and legal system. It also makes its strategic positioning of inclusive and peaceful development clearer. In terms of cultural connotation, the political culture of the Communist Party of China and its "cultural balance of power" in the 21st century complement each other, and through cultural identity and cultural consciousness, the strength of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is condensed. In order to reverse the "West strong I weak" cultural development trend.
