熔体静电纺水溶液接收法制备三维自组装PET纤维膜

【摘要】:采用平板与不同浓度的氯化钠(NaCl)溶液为接收介质制备熔体静电纺聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)纤维膜,并借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)探讨了水溶液接收法对PET纤维膜几何结构、纤维形貌及热学性质的影响。结果表明,水溶液接收可制备三维锥状结构的纤维膜,随着NaCl溶液浓度的增加纤维膜的厚度逐渐降低,而纤维膜底面半径与锥角逐渐增加。以0.5mol/L NaCl溶液为接收介质制得的PET纤维膜的厚度为35.9mm,玻璃化温度为72.32℃,结晶温度为127.97℃,熔融温度为254.25℃,结晶度为15.5%。
[Abstract]:The electrospun poly (ethylene terephthalate) (PET) fiber membrane was prepared by using flat plate and different concentration of sodium chloride solution as the receiving medium. The effects of aqueous solution reception on the geometrical structure, fiber morphology and thermal properties of PET fiber membrane were investigated by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The results show that the fiber membrane with three-dimensional conical structure can be prepared by aqueous solution. The thickness of fiber membrane decreases with the concentration of NaCl solution increasing, and the radius of the bottom surface and the cone angle of the fiber membrane increase gradually. The thickness, glass transition temperature, crystallization temperature, melting temperature and crystallinity of PET fiber film prepared by 0.5mol/L NaCl solution were 35.9mm, 72.32 鈩,
