高校师德建设的现实困境与法治路径

【摘要】：逻辑地看,法治具有外部强制力和约束力,而德治则具有内在的自制力和约束力,因此,法治与德治应该成为高校师德建设之双轭。在全面推进依法治国的新时期,重视法治在高校师德建设中的作用,既是依法治教和依法治校的本质要求,也是应对高校师德建设现实困境的客观需要。应充分发挥法治和德治对于高校师德建设的协同作用,通过加快教育法制建设,加强教育法律法规的宣传力,提高教育法律法规的约束力,构建法治化的师德建设长效机制,推动高校教育事业的健康持续发展。
[Abstract]:Logically, the rule of law has the external coercive force and the binding force, but the rule of virtue has the inherent self-restraint and the binding force, therefore, the rule of law and the rule of virtue should become the double yoke of the university teachers' moral construction. In the new period of promoting the rule of law in an all-round way, paying attention to the role of the rule of law in the construction of teachers' ethics in colleges and universities is not only the essential requirement of administering education according to law and running schools according to law, but also the objective need to deal with the practical predicament of the construction of teachers' ethics in colleges and universities We should give full play to the synergistic effect of the rule of law and the rule of virtue on the construction of teachers' ethics in colleges and universities, strengthen the propaganda power of educational laws and regulations, enhance the binding force of educational laws and regulations, and construct a long-term mechanism for the construction of teachers' ethics by law through speeding up the construction of educational legal system. To promote the healthy and sustainable development of higher education.
