刺玫果片干法制粒工艺研究

【摘要】：目的:研究刺玫果片干法制粒的工艺条件。方法:考察轧轮压力、轧轮转速、送料速度,以颗粒一次得率和颗粒脆碎度为评价指标,采用Box-Behnken响应面法预测、分析、选取最佳工艺。结果:最佳制粒工艺条件为:轧轮压力3 MPa,轧轮转速13 r/min,送料速度19 r/min。结论:所优选的工艺稳定,重现性好,可用于刺玫果片的干法制粒。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the technological conditions of dry granulation of Rosa davurica. Methods: the pressure, rotational speed and feeding speed of rolling wheel were investigated. The primary yield of particles and the brittle degree of particles were taken as the evaluation indexes, and the Box-Behnken response surface method was used to predict, analyze and select the best technology. Results: the optimum granulation conditions were as follows: wheel pressure was 3 MPA, rotation speed was 13 r / min, feed speed was 19 r / min. Conclusion: the optimized technology is stable and reproducible, and can be used for dry granulation of Rosa davidifolia.
