当代大学生法治思维培育路径研究

【摘要】:十八大以来,"法治思维"这一新命题得到高度的重视,尤其是领导干部的法治思维问题受到多方的关注,旨在发挥领导干部的"牵头"作用,能够运用法治思维分析问题,用法治方式解决问题,力求在法治建设上起到引领示范的作用。相比较而言,对大学生法治思维问题的研究就显得些许的弱化。大学生作为建设未来社会的重要参与者,其法治思维如何在一定程度上关系到法治中国建设的前景。然而在现实中,经媒体报道的大学生违法犯罪以及上当受骗的诸多事件揭露了当代部分大学生法治思维的欠缺。因此大学生法治思维的培育既是"自上而下"会议精神的推动,也是"自下而上"解决存在于大学生群体中现实隐患的需要,是内外需要的集合命题。从外在需求来说,大学生法治思维的培育是加强高校依法治校,践行社会主义核心价值观,建设社会主义法治国家,构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求。从内在需求来说,是帮助大学生形成健全人格,健康成长并能参与社会治理的必经环节。本文的撰写主要回答以下四个问题:第一,如何理解大学生法治思维的培育?第二,为什么要培育大学生的法治思维?第三,大学生法治思维培育的困境是什么?第四,大学生法治思维培育的现实路径有哪些?因此文章以存在的问题、原因分析以及路径探究作为贯穿全文的逻辑主线,即立足于大学生法治思维培育的必要性,在借鉴有关成果的基础上,坚持以"问题为导向",通过问卷调查,对当代大学生法治思维培育存在的问题进行归纳分析总结。在此基础上找出存在问题的原因,继而提出"对症下药"的途径。大学生法治思维的养成是一个涉及法治认知、法治情感、法治意志等培育的综合体,必然是一个长期性、系统性的培育工程。从培育单位来说不仅是高校的责任,从培育手段来说,也不仅仅是课堂教学的问题,必须打造"社会—高校—家庭—大学生自己"的立体网格培育路径,为促进当代大学生法治思维的养成提供具有参考性的培育建议。
[Abstract]:Since the eighteen major, the new proposition of "the thinking of the rule of law" has been highly valued, especially the problem of leading cadres' Thinking on the rule of law. The aim is to play the leading role of the leading cadres, to use the rule of law to analyze the problems, to solve the problems by rule of law, and to try to lead a demonstration in the construction of the rule of law. As an important participant in the construction of the future society, the thinking on the rule of law is related to the prospect of the construction of the rule of law in a certain extent. However, in reality, in reality, the students who have been reported by the media have been exposed to the crimes of violation of law and the many incidents of being deceived. Therefore, the cultivation of the rule of law of college students is lacking. Therefore, the cultivation of College Students' rule of law is not only the promotion of the "top-down" spirit of conference, but also the need of "bottom-up" to solve the practical hidden dangers of college students and the set proposition of internal and external needs. From external demand, the cultivation of College Students' rule of law thinking is to strengthen the University's dependence. The rule of law, the practice of the socialist core values, the construction of a socialist country under the rule of law and the construction of a socialist harmonious society. From the internal demand, it is a necessary link to help college students to form a sound personality, grow healthy and participate in social governance. The writing of this article mainly answers the following four questions: first, how to understand The cultivation of College Students' rule of law thinking? Second, why should we cultivate the rule of law thinking of college students? Third, what is the dilemma of Cultivating College Students' rule of law thinking? Fourth, what are the realistic paths for the cultivation of College Students' rule of law? Therefore, the article takes the existing problems, causes analysis and path exploration as the logical line through the full text, that is to be based on the basis of the full text. On the basis of the relevant achievements, the necessity of the cultivation of College Students' rule of law thinking, on the basis of the relevant achievements, the problems in the cultivation of the legal thinking of the contemporary college students are summarized and analyzed through a questionnaire survey. On this basis, the reasons for the problems are found out, and then the way of "the remedy to the case" is put forward. The nurturance is a complex that involves the cultivation of the rule of law cognition, the rule of law emotion, the will of the rule of law and so on. It must be a long-term and systematic cultivation project. From the cultivation unit, it is not only the responsibility of the colleges and universities, but also the cultivation means, and not only the problem of the classroom teaching, but the "society University family - the college students" must be built. The three-dimensional grid cultivation path provides a reference training proposal for promoting the rule of law thinking of contemporary college students.
