堇青石粉体的微乳液—溶胶凝胶法制备及其机理研究

【摘要】:本研究采用微乳液-溶胶凝胶工艺,使硝酸镁/硝酸铝/正硅酸乙酯的溶胶增溶于Triton X.100/正己醇/环己烷体系中,合成堇青石陶瓷纳米粉体。对形成宽泛稳定W/O型的拟三元相图进行测定与绘制;对影响W/O型微乳液相行为及凝胶化质量、时间的最佳工艺参数进行确定;研究了由微乳液-溶胶凝胶技术制备堇青石陶瓷纳米粉体的粒径分布、烧结性能、析晶性能、微观结构、介电性能;对微乳液--溶胶凝胶所制备堇青石粉体进行流延实验。 当选用TritonX-100作为表面活性剂,正己醇为助表面活性剂,环己烷作为油相,合成温度为45℃时,可以获得宽泛、稳定的W/O型相区域;当前驱物浓度(Mg2+)pH值及[H2O]/[TEOS]比值分别为1.5mol/L、5及4.5时,凝胶化时间最合理(0.5h)且所得凝胶组分均一;微乳液--溶胶凝胶法制得的堇青石粉体粒径在75nnm左右,且分布集中;堇青石材料能于900℃下低温致密化烧结,具有优异的介电性能(ε4,tgδ0.001;1GHz);流延干燥后坯带能够于900℃致密化烧结,由大量a-堇青石相组成的微观结构赋予烧结体高的力学强度及优异的介电性能,满足高频多层片式电感用介质材料的要求。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the nanometer cordierite ceramic powder was synthesized by microemulsion and sol-gel process. The sol of magnesium nitrate / aluminum nitrate / ethyl orthosilicate was solubilized in Triton X.100 / n-hexanol / cyclohexane system. The pseudo ternary phase diagram forming a broad stable W / O type was measured and drawn, and the optimum process parameters affecting the phase behavior, gelation quality and time of W / O microemulsion were determined. The particle size distribution, sintering properties, crystallization properties, microstructure and dielectric properties of cordierite nano-powders prepared by microemulsion and sol-gel technology were studied. The flow-delay experiment of cordierite powder prepared by microemulsion sol-gel was carried out.
