双氧水法制备发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺及其改性研究

【摘要】:偶氮二甲酰胺(发泡剂ADC)是橡塑制品中使用最广泛的有机发泡剂。发泡剂ADC具有发气量大,分解产物无毒、无污染,价格便宜等优点。但是其分解温度高,分解速度快,不能满足所有的发泡制品的加工需要。为了使其能更广泛地应用于各种发泡制品,通常添加一种或几种活化剂对其性能进行改性。 本文研究了用双氧水法制备的丁酮连氮和尿素、水一步法合成联二脲,生成的联二脲用双氧水氧化制备偶氮二甲酰胺,考察了各步合成中反应条件对产品质量的影响,用IR、NMR、DSC、TG-DTA对产品的结构和物性进行了表征。并考察了不同种类的活化剂不同添加量时对发泡剂ADC性能的改变。 用该合成路线制备的发泡剂ADC的性能达到了化工行业执行标准HG/T 2097-2008的优等品指标。通过改变乙酸锌、氧化锌、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸、尿素、乌洛托品、碳酸氢钠、柠檬酸等活化剂的用量,可以不同程度地改变发泡剂ADC的分解温度和发气量。 与传统工艺相比,该工艺反应流程短,能耗低、环境污染小,是理想的合成方法。改性的发泡剂ADC拓展了在发泡制品中的应用范围。
[Abstract]:Azobenzamide (ADCA) is the most widely used organic foaming agent in rubber and plastic products. Blowing agent ADC has many advantages, such as large amount of gas, non-toxic decomposing products, no pollution, low price and so on. But its decomposition temperature is high, the decomposition speed is fast, cannot satisfy all the foaming product processing needs. In order to make it more widely used in various foaming products, one or more activators are usually added to modify its properties. In this paper, butanone nitrogen and urea were prepared by hydrogen peroxide method, bidiurea was synthesized by water one-step method, and diazo diamide was prepared by oxidation with hydrogen peroxide. The effect of reaction conditions on the quality of the product was investigated. The structure and physical properties of the product were characterized by IRNMR-DSC-TG-DTA. The effects of different activators on the properties of foaming agent ADC were investigated. The properties of the blowing agent ADC prepared by this synthetic route are up to the top quality index of HG / T2097-2008, which is an executive standard of chemical industry. By changing the amount of activators such as zinc acetate, zinc oxide, calcium stearate, stearic acid, urea, urotropine, sodium bicarbonate and citric acid, the decomposition temperature and gas production of foaming agent ADC can be changed in varying degrees. Compared with the traditional process, it is an ideal synthetic method with shorter reaction process, lower energy consumption and less environmental pollution. The modified foaming agent ADC expands the application scope in foaming products.
