大连市民主党派内部管理的沟通问题研究

【摘要】：在中国特色的多党合作制度下,民主党派的地位日益提高,以参政党的身份出现在社会公众视野中,接受公众监督。因此,在新的历史时期下,民主党派的首要任务是加强自身建设,提升公众知名度,树立公共形象。民主党派亟需引入以沟通为手段和目的的先进管理经验,实现自身建设的新跨越。本文阐述了管理沟通理论研究的发展趋势和民主党派构建管理沟通机制的的重要性,分析了大连市民主党派内部管理沟通存在的问题以及影响沟通有效性的因素,针对民主党派特点,提出了大连市民主党派构建管理沟通机制的建议和提高沟通有效性的对策。论文的主要研究工作包括： 1、阐述了管理沟通在组织中的重要作用,特别提出了管理沟通应用不应该只局限在企业和公共行政部门,扩展了管理沟通应用的范围。 2、具体分析了大连市民主党派内部管理中(包括机关内部和民主党派成员内部)存在的沟通问题及其影响因素。 3、提出应该在大连市民主党派内部构建管理沟通机制,并从组织机构建设、管理沟通氛围、沟通技巧、沟通渠道等几个方面入手,改善沟通现状。 4、为了使论证更充分和有说服力,本文采用了调查法、文献研究法、案例分析等方法,力求在充分占有大量管理沟通研究资料基础上,紧密切合所研究对象实际,分析出问题,并制定相应对策。本文的研究结论对大连市民主党派管理者如何看待管理沟通工作和如何提高组织内部沟通有效性具有一定的指导意义,对大连市民主党派如何构建管理沟通机制具有一定的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Under the system of multi-party cooperation with Chinese characteristics, the status of democratic parties is improving day by day. Therefore, in the new historical period, the primary task of democratic parties is to strengthen their own construction, enhance public awareness and establish public image. Democratic parties urgently need to introduce advanced management experience with communication as means and ends to realize new leaps and bounds in their own construction. This paper expounds the development trend of the theory of management communication and the importance of constructing the management communication mechanism of the democratic parties, and analyzes the problems existing in the management communication within the democratic parties in Dalian and the factors that affect the effectiveness of the communication. According to the characteristics of democratic parties, this paper puts forward the suggestions of constructing management communication mechanism of democratic parties in Dalian and the countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of communication. The main research work of this paper includes: 1. It expounds the important role of management communication in the organization, especially puts forward that the application of management communication should not be confined to enterprises and public administrative departments. The scope of application of management communication is expanded. 2. The communication problems existing in the internal management of democratic parties in Dalian, including the internal organs and members of the democratic parties, and their influencing factors are analyzed in detail. 3. It is suggested that a management and communication mechanism should be established within the democratic parties in Dalian. And from the organizational construction, management of communication atmosphere, communication skills, communication channels and other aspects to improve the communication situation. 4, in order to make the argument more fully and persuasive, this paper adopts the method of investigation, literature research, etc. Case analysis and other methods, on the basis of full possession of a large number of management communication research data, closely meet the reality of the object of study, analyze the problems, and formulate corresponding countermeasures. The conclusion of this paper has certain guiding significance for Dalian democratic party managers how to treat the management communication work and how to improve the effectiveness of communication within the organization. It has certain practical significance on how to construct management communication mechanism of democratic parties in Dalian.
