内冷式搅拌法制备不同铝合金半固态浆料工艺研究

【摘要】:采用内冷式搅拌法制备了A319、A356、A380、ZL203、7075等5种牌号铝合金的半固态浆料。研究了内冷搅拌速度、内冷块/铝液质量比、铝液温度对A319半固态浆料显微组织的影响。结果表明:提高内冷搅拌速度不仅能提高初生琢-Al相圆整度,还具有晶粒细化效应。在内冷块/铝液质量比为3%、铝液温度为615℃以及内冷块/铝液质量比为5%、铝液温度为615~625℃条件下均可以制备出组织良好的半固态浆料,显微组织中初生琢-Al相平均晶粒尺寸和形状因子分别可以达到61~71滋m和0.68~0.73。分析了内冷式搅拌法制备铝合金半固态浆料过程中球状晶的形核及长大过程。
[Abstract]:The semi-solid slurry of five kinds of aluminum alloys, A319A356A380ZL2037075 and so on, was prepared by internal cooling stirring method. The effects of stirring speed, mass ratio of internal cooling block to liquid aluminum and temperature of liquid aluminum on microstructure of A319 semi-solid slurry were studied. The results show that increasing the speed of internal cooling agitation can not only improve the roundness of primary chisel-Al phase, but also have the effect of grain refinement. The semi-solid slurry with good microstructure can be prepared at the mass ratio of inner cooling block to liquid aluminum at 615 鈩,
