三种阔叶木速生材原料硫酸盐法制浆性能的研究

【摘要】:阔叶木原料由于其生长周期短,杂细胞含量少等优点而在制浆造纸工业得到了广泛应用,为了适应工业大生产的需求,不同品种的阔叶木原料在工厂中往往被混合制浆。本研究针对国内某工厂用于混合蒸煮的三种阔叶木原料(包括一种进口桉木、一种国产桉木和一种相思木)分别进行硫酸盐法蒸煮实验,并进行了(AQ)P漂白,从而考察三种原料在制浆造纸性能方面的特点,及其浆料的TCF漂白性能,并初步探讨这三种原料在制浆性能方面存在差异的原因。 对原料化学组分的分析表明,与其它两种原料相比,进口桉木原料中的木素含量高,碳水化合物含量低,其抽出物含量和灰分含量也较高,而另一种桉木中的木素含量较低,且与相思木相近。 蒸煮实验的结果表明,当浆料卡伯值范围在16~19,黑液残碱范围在3~8g/L时,进口桉木需要较高的用碱量和H因子,分别为22%和1500;而国产桉木和相思木所需的用碱量分别为19%和18%,H因子均为1250。当浆料的卡伯值相近时,进口桉木的浆料得率明显低,只有39.7%,国产桉木和相思木浆料得率分别为47.9%和53.0%。在黏度,打浆性能,物理强度等方面进口桉木浆料都表现最差。 (AQ)P漂白研究的结果表明,H_2O_2用量、NaOH与H_2O_2的用量比、漂白时间和Na_2SiO_3的使用等因素均对漂白结果造成影响。当浆料卡伯值相近时,进口桉木浆料的漂白性能较差,与另一种桉木浆料相比,在相同的漂白条件下,漂白浆料白度低了接近8个单位(%ISO)。 对黑液中糖含量的分光光度法和固形物含量测定结果表明,随着蒸煮用碱量增加,黑液固形物含量增加,而黑液中己糖、戊糖和总糖含量呈现下降。H因子对黑液中糖含量和固形物含量的影响有类似的规律。 对原料、相近卡伯值的浆料和黑液固形物中木素含量的分析结果表明,进口桉木原料中的总木素含量较高,黑液固形物中的总木素含量较低。国产桉木和相思木原料中的总木素含量相近,相思木浆料中的总木素含量较高。 对原料、相近卡伯值的浆料和黑液固形物中糖含量的离子色谱分析结果表明,相思木原料中的总糖含量较高,其浆料中的总糖含量也较高,而黑液固形物中的总糖含量较低。两种桉木中的总糖含量相近,浆料中的总糖含量相当。 对未漂浆和漂白浆的尘埃度测定结果表明,进口桉木浆中尘埃个数和尘埃总面积均为最多。经过漂白后,三者浆料的尘埃度都有了明显降低。 比较三种原料的制浆行为,其中进口桉木的制浆性能相对较差。
[Abstract]:Broad-leaved wood raw materials have been widely used in pulp and paper industry because of its short growth cycle and low content of miscellaneous cells. In order to meet the needs of industrial production, different kinds of broad-leaved wood raw materials are often mixed pulping in factories. Three kinds of broad-leaved wood raw materials (including one imported eucalyptus wood, one domestic eucalyptus wood and one acacia wood) which are used for mixed cooking in a factory in China were studied in this paper, and (AQ) P bleaching was carried out. The characteristics of the three raw materials in pulping and papermaking, and the TCF bleaching properties of the pulp were investigated, and the reasons for the differences in pulping properties of the three raw materials were discussed. The analysis of the chemical components of the raw materials showed that compared with the other two kinds of raw materials, the imported eucalyptus had higher lignin content, lower carbohydrate content, higher extract and ash content, and lower lignin content in the other eucalyptus wood. And close to Acacia. The results of cooking experiment showed that when the Kappa number of pulp was in the range of 16 ~ 19 and the range of residual alkali of black liquor was 3 ~ 8 g / L, the imported eucalyptus needed a higher amount of alkali and H factor. The amount of alkali needed for Eucalyptus and Acacia was 19% and 1850H, respectively. When the Kappa number of the pulp was similar, the pulp yield of imported eucalyptus was significantly lower, only 39.7%. The pulp yield of domestic eucalyptus and Acacia wood were 47.9% and 53.0%, respectively. The imported eucalyptus pulp was the worst in viscosity, beating performance and physical strength. The results of (AQ) P bleaching show that the ratio of NaOH to H _ 2O _ 2, bleaching time and the use of Na _ 2SiO _ 3 have an effect on the bleaching results. When the Kappa number of the pulp was similar, the bleach performance of the imported eucalyptus pulp was poor. Compared with the other eucalyptus pulp, the brightness of the bleached pulp was lower than that of the other eucalyptus pulp by nearly 8 units (ISO) under the same bleaching conditions. The results of spectrophotometry and solid content determination of sugar in black liquor showed that the content of solid substance in black liquor increased with the increase of alkali content, but hexose in black liquor. The contents of pentose and total sugar decreased. H factor had a similar effect on sugar content and solid content in black liquor. The analysis of lignin content in raw materials, pulp with similar Kappa number and black liquor solids showed that the total lignin content in imported eucalyptus was higher than that in black liquor solids. The total lignin content of Eucalyptus and Acacia wood was similar, and the total lignin content in Acacia wood pulp was higher. The results of ion chromatographic analysis of sugar content in raw material, pulp with similar Kappa number and black liquor solid showed that the total sugar content in Acacia wood was higher, the total sugar content in pulp was also higher, and the total sugar content in black liquor solid was lower. The total sugar content in the two kinds of eucalyptus was similar, and the total sugar content in the pulp was the same. The dust content of unbleached pulp and bleached pulp was measured. The results showed that the number of dust and the total area of dust were the most in the imported eucalyptus pulps. After bleaching, the dust of the three pulps decreased obviously. Comparing the pulping behavior of three kinds of raw materials, the pulping performance of imported eucalyptus was relatively poor.
