等离子喷焊法制备塑料模具强化层试验研究

【摘要】:通过等离子一步喷焊技术在塑料模材料45钢表面,分别以stellite6粉末、stellite6与SiC比为7:3的粉末制备强化层。对强化层的显微组织、显微硬度和热物性进行测试分析。结果表明:stellite6/SiC合金粉末的覆层性能最好,显微硬度可达1000 HV以上,并且具有良好的热物性。
[Abstract]:The strengthening layer was prepared on the surface of plastic mould material 45 steel with Stellite6 powder, Stellite6 and SiC ratio of 7:3, respectively. The microstructure, microhardness and thermal properties of the reinforced layer were tested and analyzed. The results showed that the coating properties of the stellite6/SiC alloy powder were the best and the microhardness could reach more than 1000 HV. And it has good thermal properties.
